Control tests

General physical training

Run 30 m x 5 m. Two lines are drawn at a distance of 5 m - starting and control. On a visual signal, the student runs, overcoming 5 m six times. When changing the movement in the opposite direction, both feet of the subject should cross the line.

Standing long jump. The measurement is taken from the control line to the nearest track of the subject upon landing. The best result is taken from three attempts.

Throwing a stuffed ball with a mass of 1 kg from behind the head with both hands. The subject stands at the line, one foot in front, holding the ball with both hands down in front of him. Lifting the ball up with a swing back behind the head, the subject makes a forward throw.

Technical training

Transmission accuracy tests. In the tests, conditions are created under which quantitative results can be obtained: distance and transmission height limiters are set - rails, colored ribbons, hoops (gymnastics), lines are drawn. When passing from zone 3 to zones 2 and 4, the transmission distance is 3-3.5 m, the height is limited to 3 m, the distance from the net is no more than 1.5 m. Each student makes 5 attempts; the number of passes that meet the requirements in the test is taken into account, as well as the quality of the performance of the pass (passes with violation of the rules are not counted).

Mesh transmission accuracy test. On the opposite side of the court, a zone is outlined where the ball must be sent: in zone 4 - 2 x 1 in size, in zone 1 and zone 6 - 3 x 3 m in size. Each student performs 5 attempts in each zone, the quantitative and qualitative side of the performance is taken into account .

Feeding accuracy tests. Basic requirements: with high-quality technical performance of a given method of serving, send the ball to a certain area of the court: the right (left) half of the court, zones 4-5 (1-2), the area near the sidelines in zones 5-4 and 1-2 (size 6 x 2 m), in zone 6 at the front line measuring 3 x 3 m. Each student performs 3 attempts (in training groups - 5 attempts).

Tests for the accuracy of the attacking strike. The requirements for these tests are that the subjects qualitatively, technically, be able to perform one or another method of an attacking strike in three zones: 1, 6, 5 from zones 4,2.

Test in protective actions (“protection of the zone”). The subject is in zone G in a circle with a diameter of 2.5 m. Standing on a stand, the student sends the ball through the net from zones 4 and 2 with a kick from his own toss.

The student must apply all the defense techniques learned so far. The number of strokes for each year of study is different: the group of initial training - the first year of study -5; second year of study - 10; training groups, the first year of study - 15, the second year of study - 20.

Tactical training. Actions when receiving the ball in the field. The main content of the tests is to choose the method of action in accordance with the task, the signal. Two exercises are given: 1) Choosing the method of receiving the ball (on task). 10 attempts are given, and from 14-16 years old - 15 attempts. The number of correct attempts and the quality of reception are taken into account. 2) The choice of the method of action: receiving the ball from an attacking strike or going to the net for insurance and receiving the ball from a discount. 10 attempts are given. The number of correctly completed tasks and quality are taken into account.
