School football competitions for grades 8-11.

School football competitions among grades 8-11 were held from 17.09.18 to 03.10.18. 10 teams took part in the competition. The teams were divided into two groups of 5 teams. In group "A" 8 classes played, and in group "B" three teams of 9 classes and one team from 10 and 11 classes each.

In group "A" all the teams were approximately equal in terms of playing technique. Therefore, it was impossible to predict the winner. As a result group stage, neither team escaped the loss of points. The struggle for the first place in the group unfolded between the teams of 8 "B" and 8 "D" class. 8 "B" class won against 8 "D" class with a score of 3:1, but this victory did not allow them to take first place in the group, since they ended two games in a draw. But the team 8 "D" after the defeat from 8 "V" won three confident victories with a total difference of 21:4. That allowed them to take first place in group "A", respectively, the team of 8 "B" class took the second place. On the third line is the team of 8 "A" class. 4th and 5th places were taken by teams of 8 "B" and 8 "G" classes.

Group "B" consisted of strong teams players. According to the results of the group stage, the first place was taken by the team of 10 "B" class, they scored three victories and ended one meeting in a draw. The second place was taken by the team of 9 "A" class, having allowed one loss to the team of 10 "B" class. The third place was taken by the team of 9 "B" class, 11 "A" took the fourth place, well, the team of 9 "C" class closed the top five.

It's time for the semi-finals. Teams 8 "D" and 9 "A" class met in the first semi-final. Pupils 8 "D", led by Maxim Kireev and Vladislav Popov, seized the initiative from the first minutes. And by the break already 3:0! After the break, the team of 9 "A" class, thanks to the efforts of Parhots Alexey and Karapetyan Artur, managed to score a goal, but after five minutes the score was already 5:1. Only in the last minute Parhots Aleksey was able to score one more goal, but this was not enough in today's game. The final score is 5:2 in favor of 8 "D". They go to prepare for the final, and 9 "A" takes third place in our competition.

In the second semi-final, teams of 8 "C" and 10 "B" classes met. 8 "B" class entered the field without their captain Hakobyan Manvel, he was injured and could not take part in this game. The team of 10 "B" class from the first minutes began to carry out attack after attack against the opponents' goal. For the time being, goalkeeper Ilya Larionov saved the goal, but the experience of the players of the 10 “B” class team turned out to be stronger, and by the break the score was 2:0. After the break, 8 "B" made a couple of sharp attacks, but, unfortunately, could not complete them with a goal scored. And the team of 10 “B” class, having carried out one more counter-attack, set a winning score of 3:0, securing access to the final. Team 8 "B" class took third place in our competition.

On 03.10.18, the football final took place, in which two the strongest teams s this year 8 "D" and 10 "B" class. In 8 "B" the best striker of this year Maxim Kireev, midfielder Popov Vladislav and two defenders Piun Ivan and Nightingale Nikita entered the field, Denis Buravsky defended the gate. In the 10th "B" class in the attack Andrey Petrov and Nikita Minin, in the defense Lomtadze Nikolay and Azamat uuly Atabek, and the gates best goalkeeper this year Stashevich Denis.

The starting whistle sounds, the game has begun. Both teams showed a combination game. Spectators supported both teams. Attacks went first in one gate, then in another. By the break the score remained 0:0. After the break, having exchanged gates, the teams continued to attack the opponents' gates. Two dangerous chances were created by players of 8 "D" class, but Maxim could not complete the attack with a goal. On the 17th minute, the team 10 "B" released Kirill to replace Glushkovsky, who, a minute later, with an unexpected blow from medium distance kicked the ball into the net. This goal became victorious for the team of 10 "B" class. Thanks to him, the team became the champion of our school. CONGRATULATIONS to this team on the victory, and to the team of 8 "D" class we wish success next year to become the champion of our school. Maxim Kireev became the best striker of 2018, he scored 22 goals.

In two weeks, teams will be formed from the best players of our school to perform at city mini-football competitions, we wish them good luck!!!

1.2 The objectives of the Competitions are:

2. Management of the competition

3. Competitors

3.1 The participants of the Competitions are the combined teams among students of MKOU 1 ZHOOSSHI. Competitions are held among teams of boys in grades 5-9.

3.2 The team includes at least 5 and no more than 7 players. The class teacher or teacher must approve the team captain and its composition.

3.3 Only students in the same class should be on each team. (excluding grades 5 and 6)

3.4 Applications are submitted on the day of the competition to the Chief Judge.

3.5 Students who have passed a medical examination and have a doctor's permit are allowed to compete.

7. Determining the winners and prize-winners of the Competitions

7.1 Competitions are held according to the Rules of mini-football competitions for school teams.

7.2 Only players who are equipped with shin guards, which must provide an adequate degree of protection and must be made of a suitable material (rubber, plastic or similar material), are allowed to participate in the Competition.

7.3 Duration of the game - two halves of 15 minutes of astronomical time, break - 5 minutes.

7.4 Competitions are held in subgroups, depending on the number of participants. The composition of the subgroups is determined by the Main Jury, after confirmation of participation. Competitions in subgroups are held according to the system "each with each". Places of teams in groups are determined by the highest number of points scored (3 points are awarded for a win in a game, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss)

7.5 In the event of a tie between two or more teams, the advantage is given to the team that has:

A - best result in games with each other (number of points, then the number of victories, the difference between goals scored and goals conceded, more goals scored);

b - the largest number of wins in all games;

c - the best difference between goals scored and conceded in all games;

d - the highest number of goals scored in all games;

e - the smallest number of points awarded to football players and team officials for violation (yellow card - 1 point, red card - 3 points);

e - by lot.

7.6 If in play-offs the game ends in a draw in regular time, a series of 6-meter kicks is awarded, which are taken according to FIFA rules.

8. Ensuring the safety of participants and spectators

8.1 Physical culture and sports events are held at sports facilities that meet the requirements of the relevant regulatory legal acts in force on the territory Russian Federation and aimed at ensuring public order and safety of participants and spectators, as well as subject to the availability of acts of readiness of sports facilities for holding Competitions, approved in the prescribed manner.

9. Financial expenses

9.1 Expenses for the conduct are carried out at the expense of MKOU 1 ZHOOSSHI.

10. Rewarding

11. Additional terms

11.1 All teams must wear the same uniform

2. Place and time of the event.

Mini-football competitions are held on sports ground Secondary School No. 4, Syktyvkar.

3. Competitors.

Teams of 5 classes in the team are allowed to participate in the tournament: 3 field players, 1 goalkeeper, substitutions are allowed.

4. Conducting system.

The tournament is held according to the Olympic system. Refereeing is carried out according to the rules of mini-football. The game consists of 2 halves of 5 minutes, a break between halves of 2 minutes.

5. Determining the winners and rewarding.

The winner is determined by the winning games. In case of equality of points scored by two or more teams on additional indicators.

For the first place a certificate of 1 degree is awarded, for the second 2 degrees, for the third 3 degrees, for the fourth place a certificate for participation is awarded. A diploma is also awarded to the recognized best striker.

VI. Conditions for summing up

All teams participating in the Competitions are awarded with AMFR diplomas within the framework and pennants of the RFU. Teams that are not among the winners of the final Competitions of the IV stage are awarded with memorable souvenirs of the RFU ().

VIII. Financing conditions

The costs of organizing and holding the Competitions are provided by the organizing organizations in the field.

The Ministry of Sports of Russia, RFU and AMFR provide equity participation in financing and Competitions as agreed.

The Ministry of Sports of Russia provides financial support for physical culture events at the expense of the federal budget in accordance with the Financing Procedure and the Norms for spending funds on conducting physical culture and sports events included in the Unified calendar plan of interregional, all-Russian and international physical culture and sports events.

Additional financial costs associated with holding Competitions on and , are carried out at the expense of the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, on the territory of which the competitions are held.

AMFR provides financial support related to the qualifying competitions under the AMFR program - "Region-Arctic" in the cities of Monchegorsk, Zapolyarny, Nikel (Murmansk region) and the cities of Norilsk, Dudinka (Krasnoyarsk Territory) together with local conducting organizations.

Also, AMFR provides financial support related to the participation of teams of winners of the Competitions under the AMFR program - "Region-Arctic" in the Competitions. There are 16 teams in total.

The costs of sending team members to the Competitions and (travel to and from venues, daily allowances on the way, insurance of participants) are covered by the sending organizations.

Participants are insured at the expense of the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and extra-budgetary funds in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

IX. Ensuring the safety of participants and spectators

Sports competitions are held at sports facilities included in the All-Russian Register of Sports Facilities in accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 37.1. Federal Law of December 4, 2007 N 329-FZ "On Physical Culture and Sports in the Russian Federation", which meet the requirements of the relevant regulatory legal acts in force on the territory of the Russian Federation on ensuring public order and the safety of participants and spectators, as well as the requirements of the rules for sport "Football".

The provision of emergency medical care is carried out in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation of March 1, 2016 N 134n "On the procedure for organizing the provision of medical care to persons involved in physical culture and sports (including the preparation and conduct of physical education events), including the procedure for medical inspection of persons wishing to pass sports training, engage in physical culture and sports in organizations and (or) fulfill the test standards (tests) of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense".

X. Participant insurance

Participation in the Competitions is carried out only in the presence of the original life and health insurance policy against accidents (or the corresponding electronic policy) and / or the original contract for life and health insurance against accidents, which are submitted to the commission for the admission of participants in the competition on the day of arrival.

XI. Applications for participation

Before the start of each stage of the Competition, the original application sheets () in two copies, certified by the principal of the school, the head of the regional football federation, the doctor of the medical and physical education dispensary or the doctor of the children's district (city) polyclinic (hospital) are submitted by the team representative to the GSK on the day of arrival at the Competition.

Competitions among 5th grades are held according to the "circular system". Competitions among grades 9-11 will be held in subgroups, teams that take 1-2 places in their subgroup go to the final. Teams that take 1st place in their subgroup advance to the final group with an extra point. The final group plays in a round robin system.

6. Procedure for determining the winners.

The winning teams are determined by the amount of points scored, for the victory is given -

3 points, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss. In the event of a draw in the game, an extra time of 5 minutes is assigned. In the event of a tie between two or more teams, the following criteria are taken into account; games among themselves, i.e. personal meetings; on goals scored and conceded between these teams; on goals scored and conceded with all teams. For the absence of the team for the game, a defeat of 0: 3 is put, for the second failure to appear, the team is removed from the competition.

7. Awarding the winners.
