Mandatory tests GTO level 4. GTO complex standards

Modern schoolchildren are significantly different from those of a few years ago: now young people are increasingly attracted to information technology, computer games and a sedentary lifestyle, while sports and physical activity fade into the background. It is quite difficult for teenagers to overcome laziness, find the strength in themselves to put down their gadget, go to the stadium or sign up for sports section. Therefore, it is most important to change their attitude towards physical activity, instill a love for sports and make them regular. The All-Russian Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" was created with the aim of influencing the consciousness of schoolchildren; it is designed to interest them and captivate them with physical culture. Through the opportunity to try your hand at various types disciplines and the presence of healthy competition, it can be an excellent incentive to continue physical education, and the TRP standards for schoolchildren aged 13-15 can contribute to the strong entry of sports into life and the achievement sports success.

The TRP standards for schoolchildren aged 13–15 are part of the IV stage, at which the level of indicators differs significantly from those established for the previous age category: here you will have to try hard for first-class performance. For example, in order to receive the insignia of the TRP complex of a bronze sample, young men must make a running jump by as much as 330 centimeters, and girls by 280; cover a distance of 2 kilometers in 9.55 and 12.10 minutes, respectively. At the same time, gold, silver and bronze insignia of the TRP complex are provided for those who have achieved excellent performance.

In addition, without fail, schoolchildren are invited to run 60 meters or 1 kilometer, pull themselves up on high and low crossbars, push themselves off the floor, and lean forward from a standing position. The list of TRP tests of choice includes a standard set of exercises: jumping, lifting the body from a supine position, overcoming the distance on skis, cross-country, throwing a tennis ball, as well as shooting from air rifle and electronic weapons. In addition, the TRP standards for 13-year-old schoolchildren include such a discipline as self-defense without weapons, which includes three elements: insurance techniques, release from seizures and protection from blows. True, for all its practical significance, so far this test, which is part of the variable part of the TRP complex, is not particularly popular with participants.

To date sports system The TRP is becoming more and more common among not only ordinary schoolchildren, but also adult citizens who want to prove to everyone their high level development physical culture. After a person registers for this program, they can regularly learn about testing at many centers. To obtain comprehensive information regarding the norms of the TRP 2019, there are tables of standards for all ages. It is necessary to use the official website, where all available information regarding this issue will be located.

Conducting the TRP

Previously, such a system as the GTO was used only in the Soviet Union and existed until the end of 1991. Until that moment, the organization had been operating for 60 years and included all citizens aged from ten to sixty.

As contemporaries confirmed, half of the people from all over the country had appropriate badges that showed their excellent physical fitness. Such an insignia helped to get a certain position or place in an educational institution. On this moment you can improve your chances of entering the desired university if you follow the TRP 2019 standards. The table of standards for all ages, which is open on the official website, is available to every user.

In 2014, the modern Russian government, under the initiative of the President, was able to restore the existence of a unique sports complex. At the moment, the TRP sports system is a full-fledged program and a regulatory framework for the physical education of the country's population.

To achieve effective implementation of the TRP 2019 standards, you will need to know what standards are included in the table for all ages. Each user can easily understand it and determine what standards he needs to strive for in order to achieve the desired result.

You can prepare for passing the TRP standards with the help of specialized clubs, sections, as well as other groups of the general physical training. It is important to consider that all the exercises that candidates for this unique status will have to face are public and simple.

This means that if a person does not want to attend special sections, then he can easily prepare himself for the implementation of the TRP 2019 standards. The table of standards for all ages, which is available on the official website of this organization, clearly describes the basic requirements for obtaining a unique status.

Steps to get the TRP badge

Depending on the age of each person, he becomes a member of a certain group, which is also called the "step". Eleven of them were created in total, and they include people from six to seventy years old. For each such group, three levels of difficulty are organized, namely the signs of the TRP 2019 norms. The table of standards for all ages comprehensively informs about all the required data. See what the rules of the TRP 2019

Table of standards for all ages

Table for schoolchildren

The first group includes children from six to eight years old. After it, the second step, which includes children aged nine to ten. A third group was created for schoolchildren in the fifth and sixth grades, while the fourth and sixth correspond to teenagers who go to school.

The next group has a wide range of ages and includes citizens who have already reached the age of majority, but they are not yet twenty-one years old. The seventh is transferred to the next ten years. And then each subsequent group unites ten years.

The main norms of the TRP 2019 in the table of standards for all ages were created to check how a person has developed his main characteristics. They include the following important parameters:

  • strength;
  • dexterity;
  • endurance;
  • flexibility.

Exercises allow you to objectively assess how a person is able to perform all kinds of exercises, and how developed his physical fitness. Every subject Russian Federation is entitled to regional level additionally include two more types of standards, as well as physical tests, in addition to the mandatory list of exercises.

For this reason, all requirements in each stage are divided into two types:

  • mandatory;
  • selective.

Benefits for the population from the introduction of the TRP program

The main tasks that are set by the state from the introduction of the GTO 2019 standards, tables of standards for all ages and other programs to improve the quality of physical education are to improve the nation. It also popularizes sports, therefore, more citizens spend their free time exercising, rather than wasting time on smoking and drinking. As a result, the TRP not only increases the number sports people but also accelerates the growth of the total population.

People form the opinion that it is necessary to take care of your body and health. Thanks to this, people will regularly engage in sports and develop their physical fitness. Also, the population gets the opportunity to form the need for systematic sports.

In addition, a system of physical education is being massively introduced, as well as other complexes for the development of sports in all spheres of life. The main tool for achieving this goal is the creation and commissioning of many new sports clubs.

Do not forget that participation in such events is the most accessible for any person. Absolutely every user has the opportunity to register on the official website and visually evaluate the TRP 2019 standards and standards tables for all ages. Additionally, everyone can get a comprehensive list of all the necessary information, which will definitely help you figure out how to choose the right day and time for testing.

Required documents for passing standards

When a person has already decided to participate in such sporting event and appeared at the place indicated in advance, then he is required to present certain documents. They should include:

  • medical certificate;
  • identification.

Without the presence of such securities, a person simply will not be allowed to pass the TRP standards in 2019. In order to familiarize yourself in advance with the requirements that are set for passing the standards, you must initially obtain such information in a special center or using the official website, where a table for all ages is presented.

The main sports disciplines for passing standards

The convenience of such a sports complex lies in the fact that it is universal for many athletes.

Supporters different types sports will be able to fully demonstrate their abilities and effectively fulfill the standards of the TRP 2019. Moreover, the tables of standards for all ages are completely accessible to everyone due to the fact that information can be obtained using various sources, including the main site. The main disciplines include the following:

  • throwing;
  • incline;
  • swimming;
  • pull-up;
  • lifting the body.

Everyone has it sports standard have their own characteristics. For example, sprinting is carried out exclusively on any flat area where there is a hard surface that will be safe for the athlete. A high start is held if the distance is the shortest, namely thirty meters.

When the distance is increased to 60 or 100 meters, the athlete is asked to choose a high or low start. Two to four people participate in each race, depending on the workload for the current day.

The organizers must carefully select the terrain for the ski races so that it complies with the TRP 2019 standards. If a person chooses skiing, then it is allowed to use free riding style in running for all distances. It is also mandatory that there is no wind here for the safety of the participants.

If candidates for the TRP badge choose projectile throwing, then such an exercise must be carried out in a special stadium. If this is not possible, then the territory used should have a flat area, which has a corridor fifteen meters wide. For such tests, we use special items, which are characterized by a weight of five hundred or seven hundred grams.

When a forward bend is performed, this exercise can be performed using a gymnastic bench. Each applicant chooses for himself the most convenient way in order to meet this standard. Legs must be straightened in the area of the knees. The feet are parallel to each other. The optimal width, as can be seen from the table, is from ten to fifteen centimeters.

Swimming is performed in a style convenient for the participant in the TRP program. For this, short distances are used. They can be ten, fifteen or twenty-five meters. Depending on the most optimal option chosen, which will be more convenient for each participant in this event, the TRP standards may differ. Tables of standards for all ages have characteristic differences, since different age groups are involved, which differ significantly in their physical parameters: strength, endurance and speed.

One of the most popular exercises is the torso raise when the person is in the supine position. In the people, such a standard is called "pump the press." It should be carried out exclusively on a specialized mat on which gymnastic exercises are performed.

In order to count pull-ups on the crossbar, you must strictly comply with the requirements on how to properly make such a standard for each age. The grip of the hands must be on top, and the hands must be placed shoulder-width apart. The torso and legs must be straightened, and the legs should not touch the floor. Only when these requirements are met, the number of pull-ups will be counted.

For correct execution long jump in a static position, as indicated in the table, you need to put your feet shoulder-width apart, and your socks must be strictly set along the measurement line. The forward jump can only be performed when both legs move at the same time.

The most popular strength exercise is the kettlebell snatch. For this, shells are used that have a weight of sixteen kilograms. The standard time for this discipline is four minutes. During this period, count total weight lifting, which were performed in accordance with sports standards. Lifts are valid, both right and left hand.

One of the most specific standards is shooting. In order to perform such an exercise, you will need to use either pneumatic weapons or electronic ones. Regardless of the type of weapon used, the results or requirements for completing this exercise will not be affected.

Standard tables

It is important to consider that most of the exercises for all categories are the same. The main difference between them is that there are different requirements for obtaining a specific TRP badge.

In some situations, not only the conditions for fulfilling certain sports disciplines but also the exercises themselves. For example, boys are given more physical disciplines, like a kettlebell or a pull-up on the bar. In girls, when choosing the best exercises, the emphasis is on speed and flexibility.

When choosing the appropriate TRP 2019 standards, you should pay attention to the tables of standards for all ages, which differ significantly. And before contacting the commission of the organization of physical education, it is recommended to check what are the requirements for the category of a particular person, so that he is ready to receive the appropriate award

Among the proposed tests in the table, there are both necessary and alternative ones. That is, any athlete has the right to choose the most suitable complex, which is more suitable for the characteristics of his physical training.

Exercises for the first step

Such test requirements are suitable for the smallest. Children from six to eight years old inclusive will demonstrate their physical ability thanks to the most simple conditions, which comply with the standards of the TRP 2019. The table of standards for children from 6-8 years old is visible on the following screen.

1 step - for schoolchildren 6-8 years old - First page 1 step - for schoolchildren 6-8 years old - Second page

The first mandatory test is shuttle run. This exercise is carried out in the mode: three distances of ten meters. Both girls and boys participate in the discipline. In order to be the first to get gold, you need to run the distance in 9.2 seconds. For the sake of silver, only 10.7 will be enough. And for bronze, you need to run two milliseconds slower.

For boys, the TRP norms are stricter: for the sake of gold, you will need to run thirty meters and 9.2 seconds. To obtain silver, you must fulfill the standard for 10.1. Bronze will be given to those who run no longer than 10.4.

An alternative exercise is running thirty meters. Since such a standard takes less time, the requirements are stricter. Boys will qualify for gold with a score of 5.9. Silver will be obtained only upon reaching 6.7. For bronze, 6.9 seconds will be enough.

For girls, the TRP 2019 standards for receiving an award are significantly lower. Gold can be obtained by running for 6.2 seconds. Silver, as can be seen from the table, will be given to the girl who can cope with the standard in less than seven seconds. For bronze, 7.2 is enough.

Next important exercise is a mixed movement. When performing it, regardless of the gender of the person, the time for passing the distance is not taken into account. The length of this interval of territory is one kilometer.

To perform a forward bend, everyone needs to touch the floor with their fingers. Then gold will be counted.

In this group, for both sexes, eight types of tests. To get gold, you need to go through 7 disciplines and fulfill the TRP 2019 standards perfectly. The table of standards will allow you to determine in advance what requirements you are preparing for.

Exercises for the second step

This group includes schoolchildren between the ages of nine and ten. First mandatory standard for girls and boys is the sixty meter run. It will take boys ten and a half seconds to earn gold, and eleven seconds for girls. Your attention is presented to the table of standards for children from 9-10 years old.

Level 2 - for schoolchildren aged 9-10 - First page Stage 2 - for schoolchildren aged 9-10 - Second page

For a girl, six minutes is enough for a gold-colored badge, and four and a half for a boy.

A feature of the second stage are new tests of choice. They include: throwing the ball in length, cross for 2 kilometers. This group of challenges also requires seven challenges to be completed in order to earn gold.

Exercises for the third step

This group includes children who have already reached the age of twelve. There is an important feature that the main tests of this stage have, namely: a run of 1.5 kilometers appears. As an alternative, a two-kilometer competition is proposed. The table of standards for children from 11-12 is available on our website.

Level 3 - for schoolchildren aged 11-12 - First page Stage 3 - for schoolchildren 11-12 years old - Second page

Also, the basic norms of the TRP include leaning forward from a standing position. When carrying out this standard, it is imperative to keep your legs straight. Each member of this group is required to touch the floor with their fingers.

Elective tests include throwing a ball that reaches a weight of one hundred and fifty grams. To get gold for a boy, you need to throw 34 meters, and for a girl - 22.

If the area is snowy, then three or four kilometers of cross-country skiing is suggested. If the territory is snowless, then you can participate in cross-country cross-country for 3 km.

To get gold in swimming at fifty meters, the boy needs to do it in 50 seconds, and the girl - in 65. Applicants for silver just need to swim to the finish line.

For the third group, it is enough to complete eight tests in order to fulfill the TRP 2019 standard.

Exercises for the fourth step

This group is required to include children aged thirteen to fifteen years inclusive. Mandatory tests include running at a distance of sixty meters and two kilometers. The table of standards for children from 13-14 years old is visible on the following screen:

Level 4 - for schoolchildren aged 13-15 - First page Level 4 - for schoolchildren aged 13-15 - Second page

Feature of the additional exercises in that there is a rise in the torso. This discipline is performed in the supine position. The number of times is counted as one minute. And a little man needs to climb forty-seven times for gold, and a girl - forty.

The hike is ten kilometers long. This discipline is designed to test survival skills in nature.

Another new discipline is unarmed self-defense. Twenty-six points for everyone is enough to get gold and fulfill the TRP 2019 standard. The table of standards says that twelve types of exercises are given for the 4th group.

Fifth group

For high school students aged 16-17, a separate fifth group or table of standards for children aged 16-17 has been created.

Level 5 - for schoolchildren aged 16-17 - First page Level 5 - for schoolchildren aged 16-17 - Second page

Its main feature is that a hundred-meter run appears. This difficult exercise, which is included in the list of Olympic disciplines, only the strongest athletes can do it.

The two-kilometer run is held for both girls and boys. But when they choose a distance of 3000 meters, then this exercise is used only for young men.

There are two strength disciplines for boys to choose from: kettlebell lifting and barbell lifting. As well as 2 exercises for girls: pull-ups from the hang to horizontal position, as well as push-ups from the floor.

A significant difference has been created between both sexes regarding throwing. sports equipment. The first is given an object weighing 700 grams, and the second - half a kilogram.

For this age, people go on a hike already at a distance of ten kilometers. This applies to everyone, regardless of gender and age indicated in this table.

Also, the fifth group includes a total of twelve trials. But in order to get the best distinction, it is enough to successfully complete 8 standards.

Exercises for the sixth step

The 6th group includes girls and boys from eighteen to twenty-nine years old. Most of the tests that people have to perform and belong to this stage do not differ from group number 5.

The table of standards for boys aged 18-29 is available below:

Level 6 - for men 18-29 years old - First page Level 6 - for men aged 18-29 - Second page

As can be seen from the table, the boys run three kilometers, the male half is also given a crossbar and a weight, and the ladies are offered a choice of push-ups and pull-ups while lying on a low crossbar.

For both parties, the same requirements are created regarding the conduct of a tourist trip.

Boys have a choice between eleven types of tests, and girls are given twelve. But, for the golden badge of distinction, both groups must do eight exercises each.

Table for girls aged 18-29:

Level 6 - for women 18-29 years old - First page Level 6 - for women 18-29 years old - Second page

Exercises for the seventh step

Twenty-year-old girls and boys are considered the strongest people in the country according to physical education. Therefore, after the seventh group begins, which includes people who are over thirty years old, the requirements for the implementation of the TRP standards are gradually reduced. In 2019, the table for men aged 30 and above is as follows:

Men, 30-39 years old, 1 page Level 7 - for men 30-39 years old - Second page

One of the first major differences is the lack of running exercises on short distance, that is, adults no longer run 60 or 100 meters. The standards for strength training and flexibility exercises are drastically reduced. For example, for women over 34 years old, there is no throwing objects at a distance.

Level 7 - for women 30-39 years old - First page Level 7 - for women 30-39 years old - Second page

Additionally, the ease of standards is evidenced by the fact that the range of a tourist trip has returned to the level of ten kilometers. With each subsequent group after thirty years, the norms become easier for each user.

Eighth group

For people over the age of forty, the level of stress during exercise is further reduced. In all disciplines, the requirements are reduced. For example, a hiking trip returns to the level of seventh graders and becomes five kilometers long.

For men, the rules are:

Level 8 - for men 40-49 years old - First page Step 8 - for men 40-49 years old - Second page

To receive the insignia of the eighth level, you only need to successfully complete six tests. And for a silver or bronze badge, only 5 exercises will be enough. You can view the requirements in the table with the norms for women.

Level 8 - for women 40-49 years old - First page Step 8 - for women 40-49 years old - Second page

Ninth group

For group number 9, which refers to people over fifty years old, the requirements are drastically reduced. Men get the opportunity to perform push-ups from the floor instead of the classic kettlebell and the crossbar.

Level 9 - for men and women aged 50-59 - First page Level 9 - for men and women aged 50-59 - Second page

The complexity of the hike and the number of tests in comparison with the eighth step remain unchanged. The bar for flexibility and endurance exercises has also been seriously reduced. For women, the rules will be as follows:

Last steps

For people over the age of sixty, classic running exercises have been cancelled. From strength exercises only push-ups from the floor.

10th step Norms for men and women 60-69 First page Level 10 Norms for men and women 60-69 - Second page

At this group level hiking trips are no longer satisfied. For a man of sixty-five years old, to get gold in push-ups from the floor, it is enough to complete the exercise only eleven times, which is the norm of the TRP 2019. The table of standards for the age of 60 years and above differs depending on the level: the higher the age of the person, the easier the requirements are given.

Level 11 - for women and men 70 years and older - First page Level 11 - for women and men 70 years and older - Second page

No matter what age a person has, he will be able to successfully participate in the TRP system. To do this, you must first visit the official website and see what requirements to fulfill for the desired result. There are different standards for all ages, so each person must initially assess what he is dealing with and properly prepare for the exercises.

If you take the matter with due seriousness, then a person will definitely succeed. Everyone will be able to get the coveted badge of distinction and this will prove that he has excellent physical fitness.

The TRP complex, approved by the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation in 2014, includes tests and standards for 11 groups of girls and boys, girls and boys, women and men, covering the age from 6 years to old age without restrictions on its limit.

The standards are divided according to the degree of complexity into 3 types, corresponding to the gold, silver and bronze badges. The division of standards into 3 types by complexity and 11 levels by age with a division into age stages and by gender, the ability to select tests and their multivariance, the right of the subjects of the Russian Federation to include in the recommended federal level two other types of tests, corresponding to national and regional traditions, make it possible to make an individual selection of the TRP program for each test subject, taking into account his physiological characteristics.

The first 2 steps are intended for boys and girls of preschool and primary school age, i.e. cover the categories of first and second childhood.

I stage includes TRP standards for boys and girls aged 6-8 years of three degrees of difficulty (bronze, silver and gold badge), i.e. she embraces children preschool age and schoolchildren in grades 1-2 and takes into account the factors of their acceleration or retardation. Of the 9 tests, 6 are mandatory and 3 are optional, of which 3 are multivariate. To obtain a bronze, silver or gold TRP badge, children (boys and girls) must fulfill the standards of 4, 5 or 6 tests, respectively, while the standards must contain strength tests (, squeezing from a lying position on the floor, ), speed (, skiing with fixing the standard time), flexibility (forward bends) and endurance (for 1 km, skiing for 2 km, cross for 1 km). Considering that the exercises childhood should be varied and playful, stage I includes tests for hitting the target with a tennis ball, swimming without regard to time. Weekly motor mode is recommended for only 10 hours, because. in this age period, more energy than in other periods is spent on growth processes. Differences appear between the gymnastic apparatus for boys and girls ( high bar for boys, low for girls), because the difference in their growth begins to affect.

II stage recommended for boys and girls aged 9-10 (schoolchildren in grades 3-4). At this stage, children (boys and girls) must complete 5, 6 or 7 tests out of 9 tests, respectively, in order to pass the bronze, silver or gold mark standards. Tests for the age category of the second childhood are more intense, the distances of running, swimming, the length of jumps increase, the standard time for performing tests is reduced, the number of tests required to be completed and the number of hours of the recommended motor regime per week increase by 2 hours. In strength exercises, a long jump from a run is added, it becomes more difficult game exercise (tennis ball replaced by a ball weighing 150 g, which must be thrown at a standard distance).

The transitional stage from childhood to adolescence, which occurs in girls at 11 years old, and in boys at 12 years old, fixes the third stage of the TRP, recommended for boys and girls aged 11-12 years (schoolchildren in grades 5-6). At this stage, the game exercise (throwing the ball) is preserved, to which the hiking trip is added, and the intensity of the tests and the duration of the recommended motor regimen continue to increase, because. even less energy is spent on growth processes, but the number of tests that must be completed to obtain a bronze, silver and gold mark remains at the level of the II stage. At this stage, shooting tests appear, i.e. Attention is paid to the beginning of preparation not only for labor, but also for defense.

IV and V levels of the TRP are intended for boys and girls.

IV stage covers the age of 13-15 years, when 2 phases of puberty (pre-puberty and puberty) completely end, boys and girls become boys and girls. The intensity of exercises at this stage takes into account two opposite factors: energy expenditure on growth processes decreases, but puberty excites mental instability. Therefore, the intensity of exercises, the duration of the recommended motor regimen, in comparison with the children's stages, is increased, but the pressure on the psyche during training and passing tests is excluded. Playful and exciting types of exercises are preserved (ball throwing, hiking). The number of tests required to obtain bronze, silver and gold badges increases to 6, 7 and 8, respectively, out of 11 mandatory and optional.

V stage The TRP is designed for the age of boys and girls 16-17 years old (senior school age), characterized by the end of the third stage of puberty (post-puberty), balancing the psyche, improving the central nervous system, further reducing energy costs for growth processes. Features of the V stage allow you to increase the intensity of all types of exercises (strength, speed, flexibility and endurance), replace game view exercises (throwing a ball) with power (throwing a projectile), but the end of puberty is accompanied by the phenomenon of youthful hypertension, which led to a reduction in the duration of the motor regimen and the preservation of the number of tests required for passing the standards at the level of the IV stage.

The remaining 6 steps are intended for different age groups of men and women.

VI stage The TRP is recommended for men and women of youth age from 18 to 29 years. At the first age stage of this stage (18-24 years), growth processes end, energy costs for these processes reach a minimum. But, if in the previous stages the process of assimilation (growth) of the organism was significantly ahead of the process of dissimilation (destruction), then at the second age stage of the stage (25-29 years) these opposite processes level out due to the cessation of growth processes. At this stage, they begin to manifest themselves to the greatest extent physiological features men and women, so tests for each gender. At the first age stage, the increase in the intensity of exercises continues. It reaches a maximum, because energy costs for growth processes have become minimal. But at the second age stage, the intensity of exercises begins to decrease due to a change in the ratio of opposite processes in favor of dissimilation. This step covers test takers of active working age, physical activity which manifests itself in labor activity, therefore, the weekly duration of the motor regime at the first stage is reduced to 11 hours, and at the second to 8 hours.

VII stage TRP is for men and women middle age 30-39 years old. Similarly to stage VI, she recommends tests for men and women in separate tables, divided into 2 age stages (30-34 years and 35-39 years). At the first age stage, the dissimilation process begins to outstrip the assimilation process, at the second age stage, the advantage of the dissimilation process is felt even more. These features determine the approach to the development of level VII standards, the intensity of which is reduced at each age stage, the number of tests required to obtain each TRP badge is reduced, which at the second age stage is reduced to the level of stage IV, and the weekly duration of the motor regimen remains at the level of stage VI.

The remaining 4 steps recommended for men and women aged 40 and over. They differ only in age periods of 40-49 years (age stages 40-44 years and 45-49 years), 50-59 years (age stages 50-54 and 55-59 years), 60-69 years and 70 and more years. A common feature of these stages is the increase with each age stage of the advantage of dissimilation processes over assimilation processes, which tend to zero. This feature required a gradual decrease in the intensity of the TRP standards, the recommended duration of the motor regimen (up to 6 hours per week in the XI stage) and the number of tests required to obtain a gold mark (up to 3 in the XI stage) when moving to each subsequent age group. The standards in these steps are currently developed only for the gold TRP sign.

Standards are an integral part of the All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex "Ready for Labor and Defense". So what exactly are the TRP standards?

Standards are indicators of distance, quantity, time, expressed in numerical values; compliance with them in each test indicates the successful development of the complex.

Obviously, these standards cannot be the same for all age groups of the population and have no differences at all between males and females, therefore all norms by age and gender are slightly different. Detailed data are contained in the table of TRP standards. To determine the optimal values, an analysis was made of the level of physical fitness of all age groups of the population (from 6 to 70 years). Based on the results obtained, not only the necessary indicators were identified, but also three levels of TRP standards were identified, on compliance with which the dignity of insignia directly depends. Thus, for special successes and achievements, a participant in the TRP complex can receive an award of gold, silver or bronze dignity.

In addition, in accordance with the standards developed and approved by the Russian Ministry of Sports, the entire TRP complex is divided into 11 stages, which cover all segments of the population aged 6 years and over. It is interesting that the standards of the TRP within the same stage may differ: for example, starting from the VI stage, there is a division of participants located in the same age category into two subgroups. At the same time, the indicators for the second of them are slightly reduced. For example, at the VII stage of the TRP, men aged 30 to 34 and 35 to 39 years are allocated to separate subgroups. Representatives of the first age category, who want to compete for the bronze badge of distinction, must overcome the three-kilometer distance in 15 minutes 20 seconds, while men from the second age group must meet 15 minutes 30 seconds to receive a similar award.

The list of proposed tests did not include: throwing a training grenade, bicycle cross-country, speed skating disciplines and rope climbing. At the same time, forward bends and ball throwing were included in the GTO complex. In addition, the participants of the complex have the opportunity to choose the type of physical activity: now each of them can give preference to several tests, taking into account their own physiological characteristics and sympathies.

The package of mandatory tests, the standards for which must be met, includes tests for strength, endurance, flexibility and speed. Choice tests include exercises to determine coordination abilities and identifying applied skills. A complete table of TRP standards is presented on our website.

It is worth mentioning that the modern TRP standards, although they have some similarities with their Soviet predecessors, are not their direct continuation.
