2. Run up and get close to the ball. To do this, take the first step with the shock foot. In the third step, your non-strike leg should be 15-17 centimeters from the playing projectile. Try to point your toes in the direction where you want to shoot the "round". At the same time, the knees should be bent, and the arms should be as wide apart as possible to create balance of the body. Repeat these two steps until your actions are automatic. 3. The kicking leg should be carried smoothly forward. Try to shoot the ball by hitting it in the center with inside feet, in other words, "cheek". Be careful to keep your knee directly over the ball as your foot strikes the ball. It is important to use your ankle to kick, which will definitely add power and speed to the ball. If you did everything right, as we told you, then you should get a cannon strike that will plunge the ball with a characteristic sound into the net.

4. Now you can work out the power of hitting the ball, if the three previous steps were worked out with a bang. To do this, strike in the middle of the projectile with the upper part of the leg. The ankle and index finger must be at the bottom during the strike. Bring your foot through again so that at the end of the shot it points in the direction the ball should fly. In other words, a goal. There and should fly "spotted". As you practice the shot, you will notice how the power of the shot will increase, and each next shot on goal will be more accurate and more confident than the previous one.

5. The setting of the strike is practiced by adding power to it. This can be done through increased work of the knee and hip. Invest in hitting the ball 100%. Try to pump your legs in gym non-training days and weekends. Try to remember that relevance and accuracy are always higher than the power of impact. Therefore, develop all the skills of hitting gradually, paying attention to each of its components separately.
