while doing Tibetan exercises

Before you begin to perform the Eye of the Renaissance complex, you need to learn how to breathe deeply, since breathing combines the movements of the physical body with the energy of the body.
Standing straight, in a relaxed state, take a deep breath with the nose, starting from the abdomen, then the middle and upper (clavicular) parts of the lungs.
After the nose (or mouth) we take a deep breath, starting also from the abdomen. Hold your breath for as many counts as you can.

Description

Tibetan Exercise #1:

We stand straight, arms horizontally extended at shoulder level to the sides.
We begin to rotate clockwise around its axis. Starting with 3-5 rotations per day and finishing up to the 21st. If you feel dizzy, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Listen to your body, if there is a need to sit down, take a break - do it. After a couple of weeks, the dizziness will go away.
In the course of rotation, there are sensations of the movement of energy and color bands, try to project them into your body and feel a single energy field around you, which then rises, protecting us from diseases, relieving us of fears, sadness and sadness.

Tibetan Exercise #2:

We perform lying on our back, on a rug or towel, legs extended, arms along the body, pressed to the floor, we exhale completely, freeing the lungs from air.
Take a deep breath through the nose, at the same time raise the head, pressing it to the chest, and legs up, at an angle of 90 degrees or more, the knees are straightened, the back and shoulders do not tear off the floor.
Exhale through the nose or mouth, and slowly lower the head and legs to the floor, relax for 1-2 seconds and repeat the exercise.
We listen to ourselves and, if necessary, rest, restoring our breathing. You need to breathe in the same rhythm as you do the movements.
During the exercise, focus your attention on the abdomen (solar plexus) and create a feeling of kindling a fire in this energy center.
This exercise will strengthen the muscles of the abdomen and back, improve metabolism and digestion.

Tibetan Exercise #3:
repeat the exercise 21 times (without stopping)

We kneel, shins at the width of the pelvis, toes bent, feet at right angles to the floor. The palms rest on the back of the thighs under the buttocks. The body is straight and relaxed, the chin on the chest, exhale deeply through the nose, starting from the abdomen.
Inhale with the nose, throw back the head, stretching the neck as much as possible, sticking the chest forward, take the shoulders back, trying to connect the shoulder blades, bend at the waist, help ourselves with our hands, resting them on the hips.
On the exhale, we return to the starting position, the chin on the chest.
During each movement, move the fiery vortex from the solar plexus to the base of the neck.
To relax, you can take the fetal position for a few minutes: sit on your heels, relax your whole body, lie on your knees, lower your head to the floor, arms along your legs, palms up, relaxed.
So we will strengthen our immune system, improve blood circulation, so the throat will hurt less often, get rid of hoarseness.

Tibetan Exercise #4:
repeat the exercise 21 times (without stopping)

We sit on the floor, legs straightened and parted hip-width apart. We put our palms on the floor parallel to the hips, fingers forward, press the chin to the chest, full exit, the body is relaxed.
We fill the lungs with a deep breath, tear off the pelvis from the floor, lift it up parallel to the floor, it turns out into a bridge, throw back our heads. We linger for 1-2 seconds, straining all the muscles of the body.
Exhale, relax and return to the starting position, chin on chest.
When lifting the torso, we direct the fiery stream from the neck along the body to the coccyx and hold it in this area.
To relax, to relax the muscles of the back, from a sitting position with legs stretched forward, lower your chest, stomach to your legs spread apart and take a few deep breaths.
This exercise strengthens sexual energy by stimulating the energy center that is responsible for our sensuality, develops creativity and grounds us.

Tibetan Exercise #5:
repeat the exercise 21 times (without stopping)

Starting position lying down: we lean on the palms and toes, standing shoulder-width apart, knees and pelvis do not touch the floor, we bend the spine, straighten our shoulders, bending in the thoracic region, throw our head back, take a deep breath, strain the gluteal muscles by 1-2 seconds.
On inspiration, we rise up with our nose, uphill (the body forms a triangle), we press our chin to our chest, arms and legs remain straight, we try not to tear our legs off the floor, we linger for 1-2 seconds.
On exhalation, we return to the starting position.
At the end, for a respite, it is good to take a few deep breaths - exhalations.
Perform the exercise barefoot and on a non-slip floor.
With a deflection, the emphasis is on the coccyx, we feel a bunch of energy there. When going uphill, we direct energy to the top of the head and back.
The fifth ritual increases the flow of energy throughout the body in both directions, brings relief from arthritis in the hips and back, improves blood and lymph circulation.

P.S. After performing a set of exercises of hormonal gymnastics, it is very correct to drink a glass of warm, at a temperature of 40 degrees, which will start the lymphatic system and wash the walls of the esophagus.
It is also important to rebuild correctly, if there is a need, come to us and our doctors will help make it as correct as possible for you personally.

Anyone who wants to master all five healing techniques of the "Tibetan hormonal technique" - come in and master:

Gymnastics, which came to us from distant Tibet. It has been practiced by Tibetan lamas for many centuries. Five exercises, which are also called five Tibetan pearls or magical rituals of Tibetan lamas.

This practice combines 3 aspects at once - works on physical level, energy and information. At the same time, work is going on with the body, with the biofield and with consciousness. It is very important to keep mental images during the exercises - the work goes with raising the kundalini energy.

I did this gymnastics in the distant 90s. Then I had a health problem and a doctor addicted oriental medicine, advised me this complex. I did it for a long time.

Now, looking back, I can say that the complex helped me a lot and not only in terms of health.

I resumed classes and post information about this gymnastics on my website.

It is not simple physical gymnastics, this refers to serious spiritual practices because not only the physical body, health, but also your life is changing. Therefore, before you start exercising, think about whether you want to change your life, health, or are you satisfied with everything and you just want to go with the flow without changing anything.

You will understand a lot and be able to make a decision by reading the book Peter Kelder Eye of Rebirth . This is where you need to start.

This is the first step- DOWNLOAD FOR FREE book and read it carefully.

Peter Kelder first described secret technique Eye of the Renaissance in his book, giving detailed recommendations on the execution technique. He opened it to millions of people. The book is written in a very accessible and engaging manner, like fiction.

eye of rebirth
is the secret practice of the Tibetan lamas, which leads to spiritual development personality, restoration of health and youth, to raising the energy of kundalini…

Only after reading the book, having made a decision, watch the video on how to do the exercises. Short videos follow one after the other. I recommend watching all 3 in a row:

You can take a shower before exercising.

1 exercise - to keep the mental image, that is, to represent the energy of the force that comes from below, it gives confidence;

Exercise 2 - to feel that living is a great pleasure ..., with every breath we feel it brighter and brighter;

3 exercise - to feel the strength, beauty in yourself. During this exercise, we, as it were, pump ourselves with the energy of strength and will, visualize;

4 exercise - we feel around us the energy of love, peace and tranquility, and with every breath we are saturated with this energy;

Exercise 5 - you feel the freedom and beauty of the world and yourself in it.

After completing each exercise. in between, get up, listen to the sensations in the body, take 3 breaths and exhale and get ready for the next exercise.

After completing the complex, be sure to lie on your back. stretch the spine, arms and legs along the body, relax and lie down for 5-15 minutes resting, restoring breathing, listening to the sensations in the body. Then we take a deep breath, stretch, stretching our arms and legs, clench our palms into fists and kneel through the right side. Thank you with folded hands.

After doing the exercises, you can start eating breakfast. You can take a shower no earlier than 30 minutes.

Breath-

Quote from Kelder's book: "Perhaps there are two other things that might matter. You remember, I mentioned that in the intervals between repetitions of ritual actions, you need to continue breathing in the same rhythm as during practice. However, if you do not feel any difficulty, pause between repetitions of the same ritual action nothing to do, you should just repeat the movements in the form of one continuous series.

But between each two ritual actions, a pause is necessary. And not just a pause. You need to stand up straight, put your hands on your waist and perform a few smooth full breaths, while carefully observing the sensations that arise in the body, and focusing on the area of \u200b\u200bthe body located inside the abdomen at the level of the navel. Sooner or later, you will certainly feel the streams of prana flowing through the body during inhalation.

And after a while, you will probably see whirlwinds. Breathing in pauses between actions, try to relax as much as possible during exhalation and feel how the “corrupted” prana, along with subtle impurities and painful blocks, leaves the body, washed away by the streams of “fresh” prana that entered the body during inhalation.

Pauses between exercises:

I want to draw your attention to the fact that the exercises are not as simple as it seems at first glance!

Therefore, you should not rush, listen to yourself and if, during the exercise, you feel discomfort, do not continue it on this day for the intended number of times. Do fewer repetitions. You should not start the next exercise until you feel better after the previous exercise.

For more accurate exercise, read the book Peter Kelder's Eye of the True Renaissance.

Number of repetitions of each exercise:

1 week - 3 times;

2 weeks-5

3 weeks - 7

4 weeks - 9

5 week -11

6 week -13

7 week 15

8 weeks - 17

9 weeks - 19

10 weeks - 21 times.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to do more than 21 times!!! This is the maximum required amount repetitions.

And let's share our impressions and results. Exchange experience.

The Eye of Rebirth is the only source that contains invaluable information about six ancient Tibetan ritual practices that give us the keys to the gate long youth, health and amazing vitality. For thousands of years, information about them was kept by the monks of a secluded mountain monastery in the deepest secrecy. They were first revealed in 1939, when a book by Peter Calder was published.

But then the West was not yet ready to accept this information, since it was just beginning to get acquainted with the fantastic achievements of the East. Now, after a hurricane of theoretical and practical information about the most diverse systems of Eastern esoteric knowledge has rushed over the planet, bringing fantastic revelations and opening a new page in the history of human thought, there is an urgent need to move on to practice, choosing the most effective and most extraordinary methods. Therefore, it is by no means surprising that the book of Calder Peter - The Eye of Rebirth arose again from the non-existence of oblivion - its time has come. Why? What is special about her? After all, the practices described on its pages do not give the impression of being any complicated, and the author himself claims that they are accessible to any person ... What is the matter, why did it take us so many years to accept such seemingly simple and obvious things? The thing is, it's not just about health exercises, but about ritual actions that reverse the flow of internal time. Even now, after all the miracles we have seen, it does not fit in the mind. But, nevertheless, the fact remains - the method works and works in this way!

Henry Bradford: When I settled in the monastery, the first thing they explained to me was that in human body there are nineteen energy centers called "whirlwinds," the colonel continued his interrupted story. "Seven of them are major, and twelve are minor. These whirlwinds are powerful field formations, invisible to the eye, but nevertheless quite real. The location of the secondary vortices corresponds to the position of the joints of the limbs: the six upper secondary vortices correspond to shoulder joints, elbow joints and wrist joints and hands; the six lower secondary vortices correspond to the hips, knees and ankle joints with feet.

When a person's legs are spread not too wide to the sides, the knee vortices are connected, forming one large vortex, approaching the main ones in terms of the amount of energy concentrated in it. And since an ordinary person rarely finds himself in situations that require him to perform intense wide-amplitude leg swings, perform “splits” and similar exercises, his knee vortices almost always represent one vortex, the spatial shape of which changes all the time in accordance with the movements of the body . Therefore, sometimes the knee vortex is referred to as the main one as an additional, eighth one, and one speaks not of nineteen, but of eighteen vortices. The location of the centers of the seven main vortices is as follows: the lowest is located at the base of the body, the second is at the level of the highest point of the penis, the third is just below the navel, the fourth is in the middle of the chest, the fifth is at the level of the base of the neck, the sixth is in the middle of the head; as for the seventh vortex, it resembles a cone with an open base turned upward and is located in the head above the sixth vortex.

IN healthy body all vortices rotate at high speed, providing "prana" or "etheric force" to all systems of a human being. When the functioning of one or more of these vortices is disturbed, the flow of prana is weakened or blocked and ... In general, the violation of the circulation of prana is precisely what we call "disease" and "old age."

“In a normal healthy person,” the colonel continued, “the outer boundaries of the vortices go quite far beyond the body. In individuals who are especially powerful and developed in all respects, all vortices merge into one dense rotating field formation, shaped like a giant energy egg.

An ordinary person also resembles an egg, but the field density in it is different - the core of vortices differs significantly from the periphery in terms of energy density. But in an old, sick or weak individual, almost all the energy of the vortices is concentrated near their centers, while the outer boundaries of the vortices often do not go beyond the body. The fastest and most radical way to restore health and youth is to give the whirlwinds their normal energy characteristics. For this, there are five simple exercises. Or rather, there are six of them, but the sixth is special, and I will someday talk about it separately. For now, let's focus on five exercises, each of which has a beneficial effect, but the fullness of the effect is achievable only with regular performance all five. In fact, these are by no means just exercises; it is not for nothing that lamas call them “ritual actions”. These ritual actions make up a simple system of etheric training, the name of which is the “Eye of Rebirth”. And now I will talk about all the ritual actions of the "Eye of Rebirth" in order.

The action is performed in order to give the rotation of the vortices an additional moment of inertia. We, as it were, accelerate the whirlwinds, giving their rotation speed and stability.

The starting position for the first ritual action is standing straight with arms horizontally extended to the sides at shoulder level. Having accepted it, begin to rotate around its axis until a feeling of slight dizziness occurs. In this case, the direction of rotation is very important - from left to right. In other words, if you were standing in the center of a large clock face on the floor, facing up, you would rotate clockwise.

For beginners, llamas are advised to limit themselves to three revolutions. Unlike the “dancing” dervishes, lamas in their practice do not rotate to the point of complete exhaustion, rotating not several hundred times, but only ten or twelve times. The maximum number of revolutions at a time in most cases does not exceed twenty-one.

To “push back” the limit of dizziness, you can use a technique that dancers and skaters widely use in their practice. Before you begin to rotate, fix your eyes on some fixed point directly in front of you. When turning, do not take your eyes off your chosen point as much as possible. When the fixation point moves out of your field of vision, quickly turn your head, ahead of the rotation of the torso, and as quickly as possible again capture the landmark with your eyes. This technique allows you to quite noticeably push the limit of dizziness.

Video on performing the First Ritual Action

The starting position for the second ritual action is the supine position. It is best to lie on a thick carpet or some other fairly soft and warm bedding.

The second ritual action is performed as follows. Stretching your arms along the body and pressing your palms with tightly connected fingers to the floor, you need to raise your head, firmly pressing your chin to your sternum. After that, raise straight legs vertically upwards, while trying not to tear the pelvis off the floor. If you can, lift your legs not just vertically up, but even further “onward” - until the pelvis begins to lift off the floor. The main thing at the same time is not to bend your knees. Then slowly lower your head and legs to the floor. Relax all the muscles and then repeat the action again.

In this ritual action, coordination of movements with breathing is of great importance. At the very beginning, you need to exhale, completely ridding the lungs of air. While raising the head and legs, one should take a smooth, but very deep and full breath, while lowering - the same exhalation. If you are tired and decide to rest a little between repetitions, try to breathe in the same rhythm as during the movement. How deeper breathing the more effective the practice.

Video on performing the Second Ritual Action

The third ritual action must be performed immediately after the first two. And just like the first and second, it is very simple. The starting position for him is the kneeling position. The knees should be placed at a distance of the width of the pelvis from one another, so that the hips are located strictly vertically. The palms of the hands lie on the back of the thigh muscles just under the buttocks.

Then you should tilt your head forward, pressing your chin to the sternum. Throwing the head back and up, stick out chest and we bend the spine back, resting our hands a little on the hips, after which we return to the starting position with the chin pressed to the sternum. After a short rest, if necessary, repeat all over again. These are the movements of the third ritual act of the Eye of Rebirth.

Like the second ritual action, the third requires strict coordination of movements with the rhythm of breathing. At the very beginning, you should make the same deep and full exhalation as in the first. Bending back, you need to inhale, returning to the starting position - exhale. The depth of breathing is of great importance, since it is the breath that serves as a link between the movements of the physical body and the control of the etheric force. Therefore, when performing the ritual actions of the Eye of Rebirth, it is necessary to breathe as fully and deeply as possible. The key to full and deep breathing is always the fullness of the exhalation. If the exhalation is performed fully, the next breath will inevitably turn out to be just as complete.

Video on performing the Third Ritual Action

To perform the fourth ritual action, you need to sit on the floor with straight legs stretched out in front of you with feet located approximately shoulder-width apart. With your spine straight, place your palms with closed fingers on the floor on the sides of your buttocks. The fingers should be pointing forward. Lower your head forward, pressing your chin to your sternum.

Then tilt your head back and up as far as possible, and then lift your torso forward to horizontal position. In the final phase, the thighs and torso should be in the same horizontal plane, and the shins and arms should be vertical, like the legs of a table. Having reached this position, you need to strongly strain all the muscles of the body for a few seconds, and then relax and return to the starting position with your chin pressed to your chest. Then - repeat all over again.

And here the key aspect is breathing. First you need to exhale. Rising and throwing back your head - take a deep, smooth breath. During tension - hold your breath, and lowering - exhale completely. During the rest between repetitions, maintain a constant breathing rhythm.

Video on performing the Fourth Ritual Action

The starting position for him is the emphasis lying bent over. In this case, the body rests on the palms and pads of the toes. The knees and pelvis do not touch the floor. The hands are oriented strictly forward with fingers closed together. The distance between the palms is slightly wider than the shoulders. The distance between the feet is the same.

We start by throwing our head as far back and up as possible. Then we move to a position in which the body resembles an acute angle, with its apex pointing upwards. At the same time, with the movement of the neck, we press the head with the chin to the sternum. At the same time, we try to keep the legs straight, and the straight arms and torso are in the same plane. Then the body will be, as it were, folded in half in hip joints. That's all. After that, we return to the starting position - the emphasis lying bent over - and start all over again.

The pattern of breathing in the fifth ritual act is somewhat unusual. Starting with a full exhalation in the lying position, bending over, you take a deep breath as possible while “folding” the heat in half. Some approximate similarity of the so-called paradoxical breathing is obtained. Returning to the lying position, bending over, you make a full exhalation. Stopping at extreme points to perform a tense pause, you hold your breath for a few seconds, respectively, after inhalation and after exhalation.

Video on performing the Fifth Ritual Action

The sixth ritual action is not obligatory, but is intended only for those who have decided to embark on the path of spiritual perfection. To maintain excellent physical form enough and the first five exercises.

Performing the sixth ritual act. is as follows: standing straight, you take a deep breath, compress the anal sphincter, sphincter Bladder, strain the muscles of the pelvic floor and the lower front wall of the abdomen, and then quickly bend over, resting your hands on your hips, and exhale intensely through your mouth with the sound “Ha-ah-h-h-h”, trying to remove all the air from the lungs completely, including so called residual; after that, you pull your stomach in as much as possible due to the intense raising of the diaphragm and relaxation of the front wall of the abdomen and straighten up. At the same time, the chin should be pressed against the infrajugular recess, the hands should lie on the waist. After maintaining the position with the abdomen drawn in for as long as possible - as long as you have enough time to hold your breath - relax the diaphragm, raise your head and take a deep breath as calmly as possible.

Breathing properly, repeat. Usually, in order to redirect free energy and “dissolve” the sexual desire that has arisen, three repetitions are enough. It is advisable not to perform more than nine repetitions of the sixth ritual act at a time.

As a training exercise, the sixth ritual act is performed once a day in a series of no more than nine repetitions. It should be mastered gradually, starting with three times and adding two every week. The "applied" practice of this exercise is possible at any time and in any place, provided that the stomach and intestines are not too full, as well as the presence of a bodily signal in the form of sexual desire that has arisen. Moreover, one who has fully mastered the sixth ritual action easily performs an extremely full exhalation quietly, without bending over and without drawing attention to himself. Therefore, the practice of converting sexual energy into life force is really feasible anywhere and anytime, at any moment, as soon as attention turns to the sexual desire that has manifested itself in the body.

The Eye of the Renaissance is 5 exercises, the implementation of which contributes to the rejuvenation and healing of the body. We supplemented these exercises with comments by Vadim Zeland, the author of Reality Transurfing. Transurfing is a reality control technique, and such control is possible only with a sufficient level of energy. The combination of the gymnastics of the eye of rebirth and the knowledge of transurfing, in addition to guaranteed health, provides an excellent energy supply. That is, spending only 15 minutes a day, we get good health + high level energy. Interesting? Then read this article about the eye of rebirth with illustrations and a visual video tutorial.

Eye of rebirth

The eye of rebirth became known to the world thanks to the book of the same name by Peter Kelder. For thousands of years, this knowledge was kept in the deepest secret by Tibetan monks of a secluded mountain monastery.

Another name for this technique is “five (six) Tibetan pearls”. They were first discovered by Peter Kelder in 1938, and over time, the exercises to which the Eye of Rebirth is dedicated have become increasingly popular.

For you, dear readers of the Healthy Lifestyle, in addition to a detailed description, we have published video Eye of the Renaissance, after watching which you will have no questions about these 5 exercises. Everything is clear and visible!

The reason for the popularity of the Tibetan eye of rebirth today is the wrong way of life. modern man. We are moving further and further away from nature, which means we can no longer take full advantage of all that it gives us. Most of the time we sit motionless, which undermines our health, including problems with the back, joints, and internal organs. And I don’t want to talk about malnutrition. After all, only a few, and most of us eat "like everyone else." They get sick, of course, just like everyone else around.

In addition, the wrong way of life leads to accelerated aging, wear and tear of the body.

Unfortunately, with the development of civilization, each individual person receives certain concomitant diseases, deviations, and is also exposed to a wide variety of destructive factors that did not exist at all until recently or had only a minimal impact. Yes, the world is changing rapidly, and, alas, these changes too often do not bring anything good.

The eye of rebirth exercises are aimed at restoring our vitality. Peter Kelder in his book tried to convey in as much detail as possible the methodology for performing these Tibetan exercises, while the Healthy Lifestyle, in turn, will share it with you. A high-quality video demonstrating the technique for performing the Eye of the Renaissance is attached.

But we want to not just share the exercises from the book and video instructions. We supplemented our article with the comments of Vadim Zeland, the author of Transurfing. Vadim believes that it is possible to significantly increase the effectiveness of the “eye of rebirth” exercises if you pay attention not only to muscles, but also to energy flows. Thus, we not only restore health, but also pump our energy. 2 in 1!!!😉

Who needs to practice the eye of rebirth? Performing a set of exercises "five Tibetan pearls" is useful for both aged people and younger people. But before the age of 18, there is no particular point in doing it, since a young body, as a rule, copes with maintaining itself in good shape. It is worth noting that the eye of rebirth is suitable for both men and women.

Peter Calder's book recommends practicing the eye of rebirth once or twice a day. For example, morning and evening. In fact, these five ritual actions are nothing more than simple gymnastics, however, extremely effective. To begin with, it is better to practice in the morning, because if you start in the evening, you may have problems falling asleep - after all, the eye gives the body a sickly recharge, a shake, and, accordingly, falling asleep after this is somewhat more difficult.

Warning #1! The book written by Peter Calder's "Eye of Rebirth" says that it is strongly not recommended to interrupt the practice. The reason is the rollback and deterioration of well-being. In principle, this is logical: if you do something and then stop abruptly, the body returns to its previous mode of operation, which is perceived as a subjective deterioration.

Warning #2! The maximum number of repetitions of each exercise is 21 times. At the beginning of the practice, it is recommended to do at a minimum, for example, 3-6 times. The main thing here is that there should not be any negative symptoms, if there are any, stop the exercise and do less next time. In other words, don't overdo it, friends. Especially at the beginning! The number of repetitions of each exercise should be increased gradually.

Eye of rebirth + transurfing

The purpose of transurfing is to control reality. Obviously, this requires energy.

Vadim Zeland, the author of Transurfing, writes that there is enough energy in this world for everyone. You just need to keep the energy channels in order. By adding work with energy flows and whirlwinds to the eye of rebirth, we thereby increase our energy.

Low energy levels are one of the main causes of chronic fatigue, lethargy and depressed mood, as well as illness. If your vitality leaves much to be desired, then pumping energy in this case can be an extremely useful action.

The original exercises of the Tibetan lamas, which are described in the book "The Eye of Rebirth", fix attention on movements and breathing. But there is not a word mentioned about attention to pumping energy. In an effort to correct this unfortunate misunderstanding, Vadim offers an updated version of the eye of rebirth, which will allow you to develop and improve both health and energy at the same time.

Well, let's finally get down to the exercises - ritual actions Tibetan monks.

Exercise #1 [Eye of Rebirth]

Starting position: stand up straight and stretch your arms to the sides at shoulder level.

Then rotate around your axis clockwise until you feel a feeling of slight dizziness.

The purpose of the first exercise is to spin up energy whirlwinds, giving them additional acceleration.

From a transurfing point of view, it is useful to break the rotation into three sets, since acceleration occurs due to a sharp stop after the rotation. They turned around and stopped. Feel your energy, feel how the vortices continue to spin around you by inertia. It is useful to direct the intention to the following affirmation: “I have a powerful energy. Energy cleanses and heals my body. My energy is up." Use the same affirmation for following exercises after and during their execution.

Watch the video with the first exercise:

Exercise #2 [Eye of Rebirth]

Starting position: lie on your back, it is best to lie on a carpet or some other soft and warm bedding; stretch your arms along the body and press your palms with tightly connected fingers to the floor.

Then raise your head and press your chin firmly against your sternum. Next, lift your straight legs vertically up, while trying not to tear your pelvis off the floor. If it works, then lift your legs not just vertically up, but further tilt them towards your head until the pelvis begins to come off the surface on which you are lying. The main thing is not to bend your knees. After that, slowly return to the starting position.

Relax all your muscles, feel how the energy fills your entire body, overflowing. At the moment of relaxation, it is necessary to pay attention to this feeling, the feeling of filling the body with energy.

Of great importance is the coordination of movements with breathing. Before starting the action, it is necessary to exhale so that there is no air left in the lungs. When you raise your head and legs, then take a smooth and deep breath, when lowering - the same exhale. The deeper the breath, the higher the effectiveness of this exercise.

Repeat this exercise for a comfortable number of times (maximum 21). The most important thing in the second exercise is to keep (or try to keep) your legs straight. It also follows not just tensing the muscles when performing this ritual action, but how you let the energy pass through you with each inhalation and exhalation. Combine visualization with affirmations about healing and increasing the energy of your body.

Exercise #3 [Eye of Rebirth]

Starting position: kneel down, the hips should be located without inclination (strictly vertically), and the hands should be behind the hips (under the buttocks). The head should be tilted forward, the chin pressed to the sternum.

Throw your head back and up, sticking out your chest and bending your spine back, resting your hands a little on your hips. Then return to the starting position with your chin tucked in.

This exercise requires strict coordination of movements with the rhythm of breathing. Before doing the exercise, exhale all the air from the lungs. When you bend back, then inhale, and when you return to the starting position, exhale. Inhalations and exhalations should be full and deep.

For energy pumping, you should focus on the main energy flows that pass through the central axis of your body. The ascending current passes along the spine slightly in front, and the descending one slightly behind the spine. As you do the third exercise, visualize the energy moving through these currents, and how they expand from the force of the force. You can combine this with breathing: when you inhale, the energy flows up, and when you exhale, it flows down. And please don't forget affirmations.

Exercise #4 [Eye of Rebirth]

Starting position: Sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you, about shoulder-width apart. The spine should be straight, and the palms should lie on the floor on the sides of the buttocks. The fingers are closed and pointed forward. The head is lowered forward, the chin is firmly pressed to the sternum.

Next, you need to tilt your head back and up as far as possible, then you need to raise your torso up to a horizontal position. That is, the torso should be located horizontally, and the shins and arms should be vertical (like the legs of a table). When you have reached this position, then tense all the muscles of the body for a few seconds, and then relax and return to the starting position with your chin pressed. Repeat the exercise as many times as you feel comfortable with.

The key aspect here (as in previous exercises is breathing. As before, exhale the air before starting the exercise. Inhale slowly and smoothly when tilting your head back, hold your breath during muscle tension, and slowly (but completely) when returning to the starting position) exhale.During the rest between repetitions of the fourth exercise, you need to maintain a constant rhythm of breathing.

From the point of view of transurfing, the main thing in this movement is fixing attention on the central energy flows. When you arch parallel to the floor and tighten your muscles, then start and pump energy vigorously through the energy channels, and after that return back to the “suspended state”, as if swinging on a swing. Don't forget affirmations.

Exercise #5 [Eye of Rebirth]

Starting position: take an emphasis while lying down and bend your back, palms should be located at a distance slightly wider than shoulders. The hands are pointing forward, and the fingers are closed together. Position your feet so that only the balls of your toes support your position. The knees and pelvis should not touch the floor.

The exercise begins with tilting the head as far back and up as possible. After that, move the body to the position of an acute angle, the top (fifth point) of which is directed upwards. Simultaneously with this action, press your chin to your chest. Try not to bend your legs and arms. Then return to the starting position, repeat this exercise as many times as necessary.

It should be given to the synchronization of breathing with movements. When taking the emphasis lying down, exhale, and when folding the body, slowly inhale. Exhale slowly as you return to the starting position. When you briefly stop at extreme points (bending up and bending down), then hold your breath at this time (after inhalation and after exhalation, respectively).

Vadim Zeland advises in the initial position of the body to direct the intention to accelerate the central flows. Simultaneously with an energetic throw of the body, accelerate energy flows, imagine how a powerful force penetrates you. Along with this, do not forget about the affirmation: mentally pronounce how, when performing the 5th exercise of the Eye of Rebirth, your energy increases and your body heals.

A sedentary lifestyle and malnutrition are the main factors that disrupt and suppress energy flows. This leads to early aging of the body and all kinds of diseases. internal organs. A complex of five Tibetan exercises (pearls) “Eye of Rebirth” is aimed at restoring vitality and internal balance.

For millennia, Tibetan monks have kept it a secret. Only in 1938, with the release of the book of the same name by Peter Caldder, did the amazing technique become available throughout the world. Millions of people have learned about the existence of 19 energy centers concentrated in the joints. The ability to independently launch flows, muffled by diseases and an unhealthy lifestyle, helps to improve well-being and rejuvenate the body. Let's look at the five pearls of Tibet useful exercises.

Description. Advantages and disadvantages

"Eye of Rebirth" is not just a charge. It is something like a belief or even a spiritual practice. If you sincerely believe in the effectiveness of classes and conscientiously perform all the exercises, you will certainly feel a surge of strength and vital energy. Nevertheless, do not forget about the presence of contraindications.

Positive effect

The secret of longevity and good health of Tibetan monks lies in their lifestyle. An integral part of it is the daily training of the body, spirit and energy flows. The benefits of Tibetan gymnastics "Eye of Rebirth" can be described in four main points.

  1. The musculoskeletal system. Tibetan yoga helps to cope with scoliosis and osteochondrosis. With regular performance, there is a decrease in pain caused by arthritis.
  2. reproductive system. In women who regularly engage in this practice, the menstrual cycle normalizes and the likelihood of conception increases. In men, erectile function is normalized.
  3. Gastrointestinal tract. The stool is normalized, the absorption of nutrients from food improves. Given the high calorie costs of training, we can conclude that they are useful for losing weight.
  4. The immune system. Increased resistance to colds. Eliminates congestion in the nasal sinuses and bronchi.

The complex contributes to the development of willpower. It is recommended for people struggling with bad habits. Within two or three weeks regular classes cravings for nicotine and alcohol are significantly reduced.

Contraindications

If you have health problems, a rash approach to training can harm the body. Classes are not recommended for children and the elderly, as well as in some cases:

  • increased body temperature;
  • hypertension;
  • the risk of a heart attack;
  • spinal hernia;
  • period;
  • pregnancy;
  • breast-feeding.

Some trainers and yoga practitioners are convinced that the "Eye of Rebirth" is not intended for women. They explain this by the fact that the complex was designed by male monks, taking into account their physiological features. Nevertheless, gymnastics is equally useful for both sexes.

Exercises

Tibetan gymnastics "Eye of Rebirth" can be performed once or twice a day. It is best to practice before sunset, otherwise insomnia may occur due to a surge of energy. Also, be mindful of the length of your workout. To start, three repetitions for each exercise are enough. Add two reps every week until you reach 21.

"Spinning Energy"

Peculiarities. The first exercise of the "Five Tibetans" complex is aimed at unwinding energy whirlwinds. It will speed up the circulation of flows and give strength to the further execution of the program.

How to do

  1. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart so that the position is stable.
  2. Spread outstretched arms to the sides. The palms should be directed to the floor.
  3. Keeping the position, rotate around you in a clockwise direction.
  4. If you feel dizzy, stop. Without changing position, listen for the continued movement of the vortices.

During the exercise, not only bodily sensations are important, but also the inner mood. Listening to the movement of energy whirlwinds, let yourself be guided by the fact that your body is being cleansed, becoming healthier and stronger.

"Return of the Force"

Peculiarities. This exercise has two opposite effects on energy flows. On the one hand, it significantly increases the speed of rotation of the vortices. On the other hand, it is designed to stabilize them.

How to do

  1. Lie on your back. Hands should be extended along the body and tightly pressed to it.
  2. Lift your head off the floor and press your chin to your chest as tightly as possible.
  3. Raise your straight legs slowly up without lifting your pelvis off the floor. At the same time, take a deep, long breath.
  4. When you feel that you can no longer lift your legs without bending your knees and lifting your pelvis, slowly return to the starting position. At the same time exhale slowly, completely emptying the lungs.
  5. Lie quietly until your muscles relax.

As you do the exercise, try to feel how with each inhalation and exhalation you pass energy through you. In between repetitions, imagine how, as the muscles relax, the body is filled with vitality.

"Connection of body and mind"

Peculiarities. The third of the five Tibetan rituals is aimed at working out the central energy axis. The ascending flow passes along the spinal column, and the descending one - in the region of the sacrum.

How to do

  1. Get down on your knees, keeping your torso straight.
  2. Rest your palms on rear surface hips, and lower the chin to the chest.
  3. Having released all the air from the lungs, it is necessary to tilt the head far back, while bending the lower back and pushing the chest forward.
  4. Return to the starting position, slowly filling the lungs with air.

Control your breathing. You need to inhale through the nose, launching the energy of the surrounding world inside. Accompany the exhalation with the sound "Heh!". This symbolizes that together with the air you are throwing into the atmosphere all the negativity that has accumulated inside.

"Energy shower"

Peculiarities. The fourth technique of Tibetan monks' gymnastics involves creating the effect of an "energy swing". By tensing your muscles during the exercise, you start the movement of energy through the body. When you relax, you muffle this activity.

How to do

  1. Sit with your legs stretched forward, slightly spreading them apart.
  2. Press the chin to the chest with force.
  3. With your palms firmly rest on the floor on the sides of the buttocks, the position is with your fingers forward.
  4. Tilt your head back, lift your body. Bend your legs at the same time at the knees.
  5. Leaning on the hands and feet, lift the body off the floor. body area from shoulder girdle to the knees should be parallel to the floor.
  6. Straining all the muscles, stay in this position for a few seconds.
  7. After relaxing your muscles, slowly return to the starting position.

If the body is weakened, do a simplified version of the exercise. It is enough just to raise the pelvis above the floor. Each time, try to lift the body above the floor higher and higher. And in a couple of weeks you will be able to do the reception in full force.

"Energy Balancing"

Peculiarities. Exercise trains not only the spirit, but also physical endurance. In terms of technique, the last exercise is the most difficult and requires maximum concentration.

How to do

  1. Lie face down on the floor.
  2. Place your palms under your hips, bend strongly in the lower back and lift the body, leaning on outstretched arms.
  3. Slowly change the position of the body so that the pelvis is at the top, and the legs and body form an acute angle.

Despite the fact that the exercise is static, it takes a lot of energy. Returning to the starting position, catch your breath. Start repetition only when breathing is restored.

Uddiyana bandha or 6 pearl

Peculiarities. In fact, Tibetan gymnastics contains not five, but six exercises. But the latter is not included in basic complex. You need to start it no earlier than you perfectly master the five previous ones. The second condition is the desire for self-improvement and spiritual growth, which implies the rejection of intimate life, which takes too much energy.

How to do

  1. Stand up straight and take a deep breath. At the same time, squeeze the sphincters and tighten the muscles of the perineum.
  2. Bend over, resting your palms on your hips, and exhale sharply.
  3. Straighten up, filling the lungs and pulling the stomach in as much as possible. Press your chin to your chest.
  4. Exhale slowly. When the air in your lungs runs out, you can relax.

The step to mastering the sixth exercise of the Tibetan complex should be deliberate. If you are not ready to completely abandon your intimate life, it is better not to take up this matter.

Gymnastics rules

TO Tibetan gymnastics must be approached with full responsibility. Only by following the recommendations and rules, you can achieve good health and a powerful energy charge. Consider five key points.

  1. Don't stop exercising. If you are interested in the Tibetan "Eye of Rebirth", be prepared for the fact that you will always have to deal with it. Exercises produce a cumulative effect, but when canceled, it is not saved. Energy flows can degrade even more than in the initial state.
  2. Relax at the end. After completing the last exercise, lie down for a while with your eyes closed so that the energy flows harmonize. Play some soft music to help you relax.
  3. Start water activities. After training, it is recommended to take a warm bath or shower. If you don't have time, just rub your skin with a damp towel.
  4. Don't feel uncomfortable. Do exactly as many repetitions of the exercise as your body allows. Overvoltage is not allowed.
  5. Take breaks. Rest before starting a new exercise. Stand up straight, put your hands on your belt and wait for your breath to recover.
