Kundalini yoga menstruation does not stop. Kundalini Disorders

Last week I wrote a report, but did not post it (such a booger). Perhaps I'll post it now ... otherwise the program will end soon :).

Days 11-20

The second 10 days of my kundalini yoga is over.

Half of the Muladhara (first chakra) course is already over, and I notice a sharp improvement in technique. The jump happened suddenly, moreover, on stretching exercises, which I actually do for more than a year, and I didn’t expect any qualitative changes here. I thought that this was already my maximum, but it turned out that I can be much more flexible.

Meditation "Har - Hare" immediately became much more pleasant. For some reason, nose-to-knee leaning was easier than hanging about half way through due to lack of stretch. Now I even have a little fun during it - I deliberately stick my knee open with my mouth :). But I'm still very happy when it ends. Not the most pleasant meditation in my life.

But I really like the main kriyas - they are all on the riffles, so I would roll back and forth on the floor without a break. True, I managed to wipe my coccyx into blood, to the very bone - I rolled in lace underwear, which gradually tore off the skin from it. So, ladies, do not repeat my mistakes.

What does not work categorically so far is to look into the third eye (on the bridge of the nose). Kundalini yoga is done with closed eyes, and personally mine are running back and forth under the eyelids like crazy. As soon as I try to focus on the third eye, the technique of doing the exercises immediately “flies”. But I have many tens of days ahead of me to master this wisdom.

What is especially memorable for these days is the moment that happened 3 days ago during meditation. One of the movements is performed with straight arms extended upwards and folded in a prayer pose. Of course, the hands get very tired, and you want to lower them all the time. I have already got used to this sensation, and therefore what was my surprise when I suddenly did not feel it. Hands at the top, but I don’t feel them, as if they were taken away. No, not the right word though. They were taken away - this is something unnatural and uncomfortable, but then it seemed to me, rather, that my hands lay calmly on my knees. I think at that moment I really fell into meditation, and I really hope that I can catch this feeling again.

During these 10 days, I did kriya both in the morning and in the evening, and I came to the conclusion that the morning is the optimal time. You absolutely need to practice kundalini empty stomach. Even if there is a glass of water there, you will start hooting, and this will not give you pleasure. But in the evening better stretching, this is also a fact, exercises are easier to perform. So experiment.

What else has changed during this time? I no longer get annoyed at things that used to piss me off. I have become much calmer and more productive. Perhaps the latter is due to the fact that I have an interesting project, and I just enjoy working on it. It feels like time has slowed down a bit, which is great. I'm grounded, right? I don't know, but I like it. True, today I did one test, and according to it, my muladhara turned out to be the most pumped chakra, while earlier I was told the opposite. Curious result.

Days 21-30

The next 10 days with kundalini yoga passed calmly and without excesses. I periodically worked out in the morning, then in the evening and realized that there are pluses in every time, and here to each his own. In the morning there is no heaviness in the stomach, but in the evening the stretch is noticeably better. Choose what you like :).

The technique of performing exercises is getting better day by day. For example, I notice that I move faster and more clearly: although the speed in kundalini does not really matter, I am pleased to make the training physically a little harder. By the way, kriyas strengthen the waist and the abs, and this is noticeable, since I do not do other exercises now.

I already do meditation with almost pleasure and I even think that I will miss it. A week ago it seemed impossible!

As for changes in life, if we remember that the first chakra is associated, among other things, with financial well-being, then we can say that the complex justified itself by 146%. And no, I'm not afraid to jinx it. Exactly in the middle of a 40-day cycle with work and money all in one day, in a click, it became great and now (I know for sure) it will only get better. Moreover, my work is creative, and meditation in the complex is also creative, and as a result, my clients do not get tired of praising me and thanking each other for meeting me. It so happened that everyone came on the recommendations, everyone knows each other and therefore they exchange impressions about me and then they send me screenshots of the dialogues :). And all this, of course, inspires me unrealistically.

Of course, the reason for all this is complex. But I am sure that kundalini yoga has played its important role in the current situation. I worked as I worked for 10 years, and a significant meeting took place right now. Accident? Let's say. But definitely not the last :).

By the way, please note that 280 days of yoga turned into 320. They would have turned into 360, but I am an impatient person, and I still want to do it a little, but quickly. Therefore, immediately after the end of the program for the first chakra, I will start doing two programs at once - Nabhi Kriya and Subagh Kriya. That's how the extra 40 days came about. About what these kries are and why I decided to insert them into the program, I will tell you when the turn comes to them.

The art of yoga originated in the culture of Indian civilization as early as the 11th century BC. Kundalini yoga connects our individual limited consciousness with the transcendental consciousness, with the Higher Self, unconditioned by anything, i.e. with the Absolute Truth.

Also, yoga is a means for pacification, curbing and gaining control over the mind, emotions, feelings, body, i.e. subject to constant fluctuations and disturbances. Here it is very important to understand that we do not suppress them, but take control over them so as not to be their slaves.

Word " Kundalini” translates as “curl”. This is energy, figuratively coiled into a spiral, a “curl”, which is located in a person at the base of the spine and sleeps for the time being, while we, practicing Kundalini yoga, we will not gradually clear all the energy channels in the body, we will balance the chakras. Then it will automatically rise through all the chakras to the top of the head. At this moment, a person enters the state of Samadhi - awareness, when the Self cognizes itself, the Soul again remembers its true nature and, merging with the Primordial Light, sees things as they really are, all the beauty of the Divine Game.

Is Kundalini Yoga a Religion?

No, Kundalini yoga it is not a religion. All technicians Kundalini Yoga aimed at developing the individual abilities of a person in such a way that their own sensitivity and awareness can control the spiritual choice of a person, as well as his choice in relation to uplifting and downgrading habits. We have many techniques to help us experience the relationship between our finite self and our "infinite" self. This is yoga, not religion.

It is spiritual in that it always gives the experience of connecting with the larger self, the community of others, and the greater realms in which we are involved.

Basically, practitioners of Kundalini yoga note that their spiritual path has become deeper, no matter which tradition they belong to, because. the mind is cleared, the energy level rises, the emotions become purer and uplifted.

What will be the result of practicing Kundalini yoga?

Very often people ask the question of what special Kundalini yoga can give them, which they will not get by practicing other types of yoga. I decided to write a detailed answer to this very important topic for understanding.

IN Kundalini yoga There are thousands of sets of exercises. From them, you can choose the ones that are right for you. For example, complexes for the kidneys, for gastrointestinal tract, complexes to strengthen the immune system. We work with the endocrine system, which is the regulator of the activity of the whole organism as a whole. Also, all exercises help to improve blood flow, increased blood supply to all organs. Therefore, in a month or two you will feel significant improvements in your physical condition. Perhaps this will be expressed in the fact that you will stop certain pains, there will be more energy, tone in the body, vitality.

I really want to draw your attention to the fact that in this type of yoga, as probably in no other, we work with the psyche, with consciousness and subconsciousness. Our resentments, anger, anger, fears, past relationships, attachments - to food, to smoking, alcohol, or to sensations - for example, the expectation of praise, recognition - all these are things that are deeply rooted in our head in the form of patterns, and in order to it is necessary to overcome a lot of energy, which would rebuild the usual patterns of thinking, and hence behavior. This is exactly the energy we generate with the help of Kundalini Yoga. And over time, the people around you will notice that you have become different, and you will understand that you are moving to another level of being, where you feel much better and happier.

Kundalini yoga- yoga of the householder. She does not call us to leave society, sit under a palm tree in a loincloth and live on alms. Vice versa. It was created so that we can improve our life in our environment - interact more effectively with the world and with our loved ones. We learn to understand and accept ourselves and others as they are - here and now, at this moment, in this huge city, on the beautiful planet Earth.

So, practicing kundalini yoga You:

- learn to create energy
– gain skills that will allow you to focus attention within yourself
- you can control your mind
- overcome your fears and false limitations
Get rid of negative habits and addictions
- develop your intuition
– Achieve a state of deep inner peace and fulfillment
Stop dwelling on the past and open up to your future
- learn to understand and love other people
- Build healthy relationships with loved ones
- you will give people light and warmth
– you will be able to trust the world, feeling yourself in the flow of life, and not apart from it
- start enjoying own life
– Feel the result after the first session

How often should you do yoga?

At the first stage of acquaintance with yoga, it is recommended to practice in a group 2-3 times a week. In the future, it is possible that under the influence of the practice on you, your day will become more orderly, the negative habits that slow you down will disappear, and miraculously there will be time to practice yoga every day.

What to choose: group lessons, individual classes or can I study at home on my own?

On group lesson teachers try to take time for everyone, observe how a person performs exercises and correct it. In a joint lesson, group energy comes into play. Often in a group you can get a completely different experience of living the same kriya or meditation. Plus, you communicate, meet new people who are close to you in spirit, you can discuss common topics with them, share your problems with them. You will definitely get support and good advice.

private lesson, as in any other area, provides an individual approach to you, sets of exercises are selected to suit your needs to solve exactly your tasks and achieve your goals.

self-study at home is very important if you want to quickly get the effect of the practice. But, if you are practicing from a book or from a video recording, without noticing it yourself, you can make mistakes in understanding why this complex is needed, how to perform this exercise correctly, what it is for, what points, nuances you need to pay attention to. Unfortunately, exhaustive information in such materials is not given. Therefore, the whole positive effect from employment can be reduced to zero.

Based on the foregoing, I would recommend beginners to practice Kundalini yoga combine energetically powerful group lessons with several individual ones, so that the teacher can choose a program for you, which you could later do at home on your own.

How are yoga classes going?

The structure of the Kundalini Yoga class is the same for every class. Any teacher is obliged to adhere to a clear order given to us by the Master in order to preserve the integrity and sacredness of the teachings of Kundalini Yoga.

Setting . The class begins with the opening of space - we sing the Adi mantra "Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo", thereby setting the flow of personal energy to the Universal energy.

At the beginning of the lesson, before the main part, we do a set of breathing exercises or a warm-up.

Warm up wonderfully prepares us for the main action. Energy begins to circulate faster, we tune in to breathing and its connection with movements, warm up and relax muscles. Sometimes we do a warm-up for those muscles that will not participate in the main complex.

The main set of exercises. In Kundalini Yoga we use ready-made complexes given to us by Yogi Bhajan. The Kundalini Yoga instructor has no right to make changes to the complex. Typically, this main part of the session takes about 30 minutes.

Then, the released and generated energy during the exercises should be distributed throughout the body, without the participation of the mind. Therefore, after relaxation where we let go of all thoughts and let the body relax.

And at the end of the lesson we perform kundalini meditation . It can be with or without mantras. Meditation is aimed at achieving certain psycho-emotional effects. It also allows you to connect with your Soul, to hear your true self.

IN end of class we sing the song “Let the sun shine on you…”, sending blessings and love to all living beings on the planet. We share with them the energy and benefits that we received during the Kundalini yoga class. And we close the space with the mantra "Sat Nam".

Comprehensive information about Kundalini yoga - kriyas, meditations, mantras, articles, music for classes, you can find on the website:

Kundalini Disorders Kundalini is the main energy of the astral body. For most of us, it lies dormant at the base of the spine. Only a small part of it remains active to maintain nervous activity. Kundalini can be awakened through pranayama, mantras, meditation techniques, or drugs. Karmic causes also influence her awakening. Many drugs stimulate the Kundalini but fail to fully awaken it.

Many of the means that increase Kundalini, such as gi and, contribute to raising the Kundalini. Kundalini is stimulated by calamus and camphor (it is taken orally in very small doses). It also has a good effect when taken with milk.

One of the steps on the way spiritual development consists in awakening the Kundalini and lifting it up the spine, which contributes to the opening of cosmic consciousness. Some systems of spiritual development bypass the issue of Kundalini or consider it as a force of illusion, interaction with which is best avoided.

Kundalini awakening is not always beneficial. Artificial or premature awakening of it can lead to "burnout" of the nervous system and other states of high Vata or Pitta, accompanied by hallucinations and false ideas.

Kundalini is a force that should be handled seriously and better under the guidance of an experienced mentor. Errors in this are not allowed. Before awakening it, one must purify one's nature. Kundalini awakening should be combined with anti-aging therapy. Soma is an ancient Vedic herbal preparation taken during anti-aging therapy to awaken the Kundalini. If inner balance and purity were not achieved, the intake of Soma became the cause of illness or even death.

Kundalini disorders are accompanied by pain in the lower back and often painful swelling in the genital area. Burning pain may be felt along the spine - from the sacrum to solar plexus. In many cases, sexual desire is increased with a predominance of strong emotions, such as anger. It becomes difficult or impossible to fall asleep, the need for sleep decreases. Strengthening the imagination is accompanied by the appearance of bright colorful visions that are beyond control. They can be negative or destructive. It is common to see both heaven and hell, with self-image as a great guru, deity, or bodhisattva. Contacts with astral entities are possible, which can contribute to the emergence of these fantasies.

Naturally, it is very difficult to objectively assess such a state on your own. It can easily be mistaken for the right spiritual experience. However, symptoms such as prolonged pain, anxiety and mental agitation are indicative of disorders. Even great yogis can go through periods of such negative experiences.

Treatment of Kundalini Disorders

It is necessary to stop any meditative practices and remain in contemplation, in a state of peace without any effort, or else surrender yourself to the Divine Will. You need rest and relaxation. Breath holding with effort and "breath of fire" are contraindicated. You can perform lunar pranayama (inhale through the left nostril, exhale through the right) or sitali.

A diet that reduces both Vata and Pitta at the same time is prescribed. Spices are excluded, except for fennel and coriander. Milk and ghee may be eaten, but pure sugars, including honey, should be avoided. Any drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited. It is better to refuse herbal wines.

Herbs with soothing and nourishing properties are prescribed - ashwagandha, sandalwood, aloe juice. Stimulants (calamus, camphor, myrtle, sage) should not be used.

Of the preparations, the composition "Ashwagandha", ghee with ashwagandha, ghee with brahmi, the composition "Shatavari" help well.

The base of the spine, pelvis and genitals are massaged with warm sesame oil. Or a general oil massage. The head is lubricated. Essential oils from sandalwood, rose, lotus, etc. are applied to the area of the third eye, the navel chakra, as well as the top of the head.

Of the precious stones, yellow sapphire, yellow topaz, emerald, jade, pearl, moonstone balance and regulate the Kundalini energies. Do not use ruby, garnet and cat eye(the latter especially activates the Kundalini).

The best mantras for calming the Kundalini are Sham and Ram. Too much repetition of the mantra "Om" can have a stimulating effect. The mantra “Hum” awakens the Kundalini most of all, and its use requires special care.

Yoga like perfect way getting rid of physical discomfort and emotional stress has been confidently leading the ranking of the most popular fitness areas for many years. Regular practice not only creates an optimal psychophysical balance, but also relieves tension, pain in the joints and muscles. Experienced yoginis do an excellent job with certain asanas and pain sensations. breathing exercises. But for practicing beginners, it is a little more difficult to navigate. Especially when it comes to individual female physiology. That is why the most frequent question for yoga instructors is the appropriateness of practicing on "special days". Is yoga safe on menstrual days?

Is it possible to do yoga during menstruation

Each female body is unique and there can be no single answer to the question of whether it is possible to practice yoga during menstruation. But it is definitely worth reducing the intensity and load during practice. Some asanas, due to their active effect on the hematopoietic system of the body, should be abandoned for a while, but exercises that stimulate strengthening women's health and leveling the emotional background, fit perfectly.

The ability to listen to your body during the days of menstruation will be very useful. If the discharge is profuse and painful, it is better to refuse classes. If the state is even and the discharge is moderate, it is not necessary to completely exclude kundalini practice for fear of harming health, the main thing is to understand what techniques can reduce pain and provide relief from unpleasant symptoms.

During menstruation, yoga can be practiced, but certain asanas should be avoided.

What postures should be avoided during menstruation

Which of the asanas can not be done during the course of menstruation? Yoga classes on critical days should be based on a reasonable approach and special care. You should not provoke unpleasant consequences, risking your well-being, therefore it is important to completely abandon inverted positions, twists and asanas, which involve a strong deflection and pressure on the abdominal cavity.

If suddenly familiar and safe positions cause pain and discomfort, they should also be abandoned for a while.

It is very important to remember about breathing: during the exercise it should be even and calm.

The reproductive system of a woman is a delicate mechanism that needs a gentle approach, and therefore, during menstruation, all asanas must be safe and comfortable. Why? Some postures provoke inhibition of blood flow, which in turn causes blood stasis, which can cause gynecological diseases such as fibromas, cysts and endometrial foci of the pelvic peritoneum.

Forbidden asanas:

  • Sirshasana (pose on the head);
  • Sarvangasana (performed on the shoulders);
  • Adho mukha vrikshasana (performed on the hands);
  • Halasana (or Plow Pose);
  • Viparita karani mudra (or bent candle position);
  • Vrishchikasana (scorpion);
  • Pincha mayurasana (yoga peacock feather);
  • Bakasana (crane asana).

Important! It is strongly not recommended to perform complex or learn new postures for yourself, use exercises that require active tension of the abdominal muscles. Such postures provoke an increase in pain and change the natural course of menstruation.

Particular attention should be paid to independent practice using books or videos during this period. Yoga during menstruation should be built correctly, and the set of exercises itself should be simplified.

Exercise to relieve menstrual symptoms

Special attention during yoga classes on menstrual days is given articular gymnastics, useful stretching exercises, focusing on meditation and general relaxation of the body. Thanks to smoothness and concentration, periodic pains are minimized over time, the cycle is normalized, and mood swings and depression will come to naught.

Women who practice yoga regularly general improvement conditions and easy flow of menstrual days. Therefore, the answer to the question of whether yoga helped with pain during menstruation is unambiguous: “Yes!”.

Poses allowed to perform:

  1. The following yoga poses are recommended for painful periods, heavy discharge, and spinal spasms: Utthita Hasta Padangushth asana (stretching one leg forward) or the Ardha Chandrasana pose.
  2. To improve blood flow in the pelvic area, relieve nervous tension and pain syndrome, Matsyasana (or butterfly), the Supta Virasana pose, but using a bolster or a rolled blanket under the back, Supta Baddha Konasana, are suitable.
  3. To normalize secretions, both abundant and meager, improve mood and general condition It is advised to regularly do these exercises: Padmasana, Sukhasana, Upavishta Konasana, Adho Mukha Sukhasana, the popular Triang Mukhaikapada Pashchimottanasana or Janu Shirshasana, as well as most of the sitting postures and variations of the forward bends of them. It is worth adding that the implementation of these gymnastics will be a cure for stress and eliminate insomnia, normalize the emotional background.

It is important to remember that none of the permitted exercises should be performed through pain and undue stress.

Arms, legs and back are included in the work without unnecessary discomfort. The neck, abdomen and face remain calm and relaxed.

What is yoga for during menstruation?

The hormonal system of a woman, her emotional and physical state are very subtly interconnected. A failure in one of the systems, a slight imbalance can shake such a necessary balance. Ayurveda says that menstruation is a kind of gift to a woman, helping her cleanse her body and mind from month to month, giving her the opportunity to fully and harmoniously interact with the world. But sometimes the price for this gift is mood swings, depressive states and periodic spasms. Yoga really relieves these conditions, helps to cope with pain and apathy. The use of certain postures during menstruation relieves spasms and stress.

Practicing regularly, women learn to listen to their body, to notice its slightest changes and signals. So, for example, during menstruation, fatigue and irritability can be easily stopped by yoga practices, adjusting the daily routine and changing the diet.

No need to force yourself to do physically and emotionally exhausting things, get out of your “comfort zone”, there will be time for this later. If you don't want to visit general workouts, you can easily replace them with practice under a video about yoga during menstruation.

Food should not be plentiful and excessively heavy. It is advised to eat often and in small portions. Particular attention should be paid to the vegetable components of the menu, cereals and mashed soups. Limit meat and dairy products. On "special days" Ayurveda recommends taking short showers, taking breaks from hot baths, and avoiding shampooing as much as possible.

You can return to a full-fledged, intensive practice for your level on the very first day after the end of the critical days. During this period, reproductive and nervous system The female body needs active nutrition and recovery. And just in time there will be inverted poses that help restore the lost balance.

You need to start with simplified variations, gradually returning to the usual loads that you regularly use and practice.

It must be remembered that yoga for the female body is a kind of medicine. Therefore, as with the use of any medicine, self-medication is prohibited in yoga, it is important to follow the dosage and follow the instructions.

Yoga classes are not only beneficial physical condition organism. They help to achieve peace of mind. Therefore, for many women, such a load becomes necessary and desirable every day. But is yoga allowed during menstruation? After all, critical days cannot be canceled, but everyone knows that physical activity during this period should be limited.

Is it possible to practice

Menstruation, especially in the early days, is accompanied by discomfort for many. But this does not mean that the entire period should be spent on bed rest, escaping from pain and pills. Of course, excessive physical activity can increase poor health, upset the balance of hormones. Therefore, it is contraindicated. But yoga contains, which do not require great physical effort, but, on the contrary, will help stabilize the condition and improve it.

If you perform them, listening to your own feelings, you can feel how pain and irritability go away, strength and peace come. Relief of well-being leaves no doubt as to whether it is possible to do yoga during menstruation. After all, the menstrual period is not a disease, but one of the natural states.

Asanas to Avoid

Complete yoga classes include enough complex exercises, which become available for execution only with time and experience. Moreover, you should not do them during menstruation. After all, complex asanas involve an intense effect on the body as a whole, including the reproductive organs. And on critical days, they already endure a large load.

Therefore, in this period, poses in which you want to be in a position upside down should be excluded. With it, blood flow is inhibited, blood stagnation is formed in the small pelvis, which provokes the development of gynecological diseases:,. In this regard, kundalini yoga during menstruation should be performed without exercise:

  • Sarvangasana;
  • Halasana;
  • Agni Pranayama;
  • Mula Bandha.

It is also undesirable to do:

  • Sirshasana;
  • adho-mukha vrishkasana;
  • Halasan;
  • Vrishchikasana;
  • pincha mayurasana;
  • Viparita-karani mudra;
  • Bakasan.

Characteristic of many practices are exercises involving twisting. Yoga during menstruation, the complex of asanas which forces you to transfer pressure on the abdomen and pelvis, is also contraindicated.

These are the poses:

  • Mayurasana;
  • Navasana;
  • Shalabhasana;
  • Jathara Parivartanasana.

They lead to increased blood supply to the uterus, stimulate the activity of its muscles, which is unacceptable during menstruation. Also operate:

  • Nidrasana;
  • Pada Sirshasana;
  • Padma parivritta asana.

They force you to literally “tie into a knot”, and this leads to increased intra-abdominal pressure. During menstruation, it is a provocateur of pain and intense discharge.

The practice of yoga during menstruation, which involves exercises with the deflection of the spine, is not recommended for the same reasons. Kapotasana and Ardha Chakrasana will have to be postponed.

However, some women, without prejudice to health and well-being, continue to do the whole complex of asanas during menstruation. This opportunity exists only for those who have a long practice of yoga (more than 2 years) and absolute health. But in this case, the first 2 - 3 days of menstruation, the intensity of classes should be reduced.

Asanas suitable for critical days

And yet, full-fledged yoga classes during menstruation are possible. There are exercises that do not directly affect the pelvic area and abdomen, do not disturb the blood supply. These are the poses:

  • Uttanasana;
  • Vrikshasana;
  • Utthita trikonasana;
  • baddha konasana;
  • Balasana;
  • Savasana;
  • Archa Chandrasana;
  • Adho Mukha Sukhasana;
  • Jana Shirshasana;
  • Marichiasana;
  • Adho Mukha Virasana;
  • Upavishtha Konasana.

It is not necessary to use all the allowed asanas, you need to choose those that give the greatest comfort. They will help proper oxygen metabolism, restore normal cellular respiration, eliminate toxins and relax. All this is especially important during menstruation.

The main thing is not to get hung up on unimportant well-being. But if it worsens, the session should be stopped. This may mean that the woman is still overdoing it or she has gynecological problems.

Useful yoga during menstruation to relieve pain. Postures that help eliminate it:

  • Padmasana;
  • Virasana;
  • Vajrasana;
  • Gomukhasana;
  • Sukhasana.

Here the rules are the same: breath control, moderation. If the volume of allocations during classes has increased dramatically, they need to be completed. However, at correct execution exercises, compliance with other conditions, the absence of gynecological pathologies, there are no problems, on the contrary, the state of health improves.

Useful video

About yoga for women during menstruation, see the video:

The effect of exercise on menstruation

Correct asanas have not only a momentary beneficial effect on menstruation. Classes lead to a whole range of positive changes:

  • the volume of secretions returns to normal, regardless of whether there was their number or;
  • weight is removed and;
  • irritability, apathy, characteristic of critical days, cease to disturb, but spiritual comfort comes;
  • do not disturb the sacrum, which in some women are stronger than from uterine contractions.

In addition, yoga during menstruation is an excellent prevention of gynecological diseases. After all, exercises help stabilize the blood supply to the pelvic area, relieve congestion. Some women after regular classes, which do not stop, but change during menstruation, were able to get rid of infertility.

Despite the obvious benefits of yoga, you need to start it after consulting a doctor. This is especially important when it comes to continuing the practice on critical days. But even in the case when there are no contraindications to it, it is necessary to observe the measure in the intensity of classes.
