April 19 will be remembered by St. Petersburg SKA and its fans for life. After all, it was on this day that Petersburgers won the Gagarin Cup for the first time. For them, it was not an easy path.

SKA finished the regular season in 2nd place, losing to CSKA Moscow, which at that time was destroying all the clubs on its way, and overtaking St. Petersburg by as much as 16 points.

The first series of playoff matches fell on Torpedo, which SKA easily beat with a score of 4:1. Having won the first game, the red-blues immediately received resistance from Torpedo, but only once. Subsequent matches were for the army team.

Further, the Moscow Dynamo got in the way. The White-Blues were also unable to repulse the Petrograders, although they fought with all their might. IN decisive match Muscovites lacked only 1 puck to continue the fight for the Gagarin Cup.

How Zenit got away from defeat in the match with Spartak

The leader of the Russian championship, Zenit, managed to achieve a draw in the central match of the 26th round against Spartak. The Brazilian Hulk hit the gate of Artem Rebrov already in the 90th minute. Football weekly is about what this game will be remembered for by fans, referee Mikhail Vilkov and Alexei Miller with Leonid Fedun.

Two consecutive victories recent games with "Mordovia" and "Rubin", the status of the match and the level of the opponent attracted Spartak fans to the stadium to support their team. A full house was expected at the Otkritie Arena. And so it happened. The fans voted with their feet, and it was impossible to buy an extra ticket before the start of the match. People were inspected carefully and for a long time, the queues at the checkpoints moved slowly - not all fans managed to get to the stands in time.

Before the start of the match, Spartak fans showed a colorful performance that covered almost the entire stadium. The fans of the St. Petersburg team did not prepare big performances, but hung out a banner dedicated to the memory of the victims of the tragic circumstances that happened exactly a year ago in Odessa.

Closer to the 10th minute, the stadium was filled to capacity, and only small bald spots could be seen on the Zenit fan stand, but this did not stop the blue-white-blue fans from supporting their team with all their might. In the sectors of both teams, during the first half, one could see a pyrotechnic show, the smoke from which hung in the stadium bowl for a long time. First, the guests “lit up”, and then the red and white ones set to work.

Unlike many other matches involving Spartak, the fans of the Moscow team did not wait for the first dangerous moment at the Lodygin gate to start their “Forward, Spartak!”, but from the beginning of the meeting they drove the team forward. The team coaches also felt the intensity of passions - by the 10th minute both Murat Yakin and Andre Villas-Boas were at the edge and actively gesticulated, prompting their players what positions to take. Zenit fans became more active a little later, when Danny could score the first goal already in the 8th minute, but Rebrov rescued the team. Then it might have seemed to many that there would be many more chances at the gates of Spartak, but throughout the match the defense of the red-and-whites played reliably, making a misfire only at the end of the match.

The whole first half of the game was held at a calm pace, and the stadium reacted to what was happening in the same way. The situation changed dramatically at the beginning of the second forty-five minutes, when Spartak scored after a corner. The stadium literally exploded, and the fans could already dream of a much-needed victory. In addition, there was every reason for this, Yakin's wards played better than their opponent, who seemed not to be on the field. The defeat did not affect the position of "Zenith" in any way. standings- Krasnodar lagged behind the blue-white-blues quite noticeably, so the guests were in no hurry to recoup. "Spartak" played on the counterattacks, and Yuri Lodygin tried to portray himself as Manuel Neuer, playing closer to the center of the field, and sometimes in someone else's half.

Non-children's playground

There is nothing better than watching a child laugh. There is nothing worse than looking at a laughing child when you realize that he is in mortal danger. Ah, no. Eat. It is even worse when the parent of this child is standing nearby, smiling and directing the child towards danger.

I have a small plastic skateboard, which is popularly called a fish. I ride weakly, but I have a friend Kirill, who is a professional skater. He does various tricks, participates in skateboarding competitions, in a word, it happens that I’m just scared to look at the tricks that he does on this board with wheels.

What is a healthy lifestyle for you?

Many people think that a healthy lifestyle (HLS) is just giving up bad habits, such as smoking and alcohol, but this is just one of the points.

Let's deal with everything in order.

A healthy lifestyle begins, of course, with proper nutrition because our well-being depends on it and appearance. It's pretty easy to start eating right. To begin with, it is enough to give up flour, fried, fatty, sweet and be sure to drink 1.5-2 liters of water per day. You should start your day with a glass of cool water with lemon juice, and after half an hour start breakfast. The first meal should be the most satisfying and consist of complex carbohydrates. This will give you strength and energy throughout the day, as well as satisfy your hunger for 3-4 hours. Most perfect option- This oatmeal with fruit or nuts.

Lunch should be 50/50 carbs and protein. Lean meat/fish with buckwheat or durum pasta are great for lunch. It can be supplemented with fiber, which is found in vegetables and helps our intestines digest food.

Dinner is 100% protein. Cottage cheese with a small amount of dried fruit or an omelette is the best solution. Also, do not forget about snacks. They must be mandatory in order to accelerate the metabolism. Here you can eat fruit/muesli bar/egg/yoghurt without sugar. Do not be afraid and neglect the healthy fats found in fish, nuts, avocados and peanut butter - the most beloved and delicious product of healthy lifestyles. Most healthy fats is an omega-3 group.

By adhering to this scheme, you will improve your diet and metabolism, as well as throw off unwanted pounds, which is very important for girls.

STREET WORKOUT

What it is?

Street workout is a kind of physical education on the street, namely on sports grounds. The emphasis of these exercises is on physical exercise using its own weight.

Young people increasingly began to choose exactly the workout, since you can come to the site at any time of the day, it's free, unlike the gym, here you can learn to do exercises that are simply unrealistic to perform in the gym.

The essence of the work of a sports commentator is the creation of a sports report, a description of the event taking place directly on the spot. At the same time, the Sportscaster should be able to supplement his story with other information. The issue of language and style is particularly acute in the work of the Sportscaster. The overly emotional language of the fans is not suitable for a Sportscaster. At the same time, the abuse of specific sports jargon is also unacceptable. Another immutable law of the Sportscaster is never to show your own likes and dislikes. sports commentator requires knowledge of professional subtleties, constant improvement of one's skills. Regular listening to reports, including your own, is a necessary part of being a Sportscaster.

Andrey Romanov about his student years and career as a TV and radio journalist.

On Saturday, October 31, the commentator of the Eurosport TC, the author of his own column on Eurosport.ru, the host of the Sport FM radio station, an employee of the Match TV TC, a graduate of the Department of Philology and Sports Journalism Andrey Romanov held a master class for IEST students " Sports radio - new opportunities.

Shortly before the start of the event, we managed to talk with Andrey Romanov.

In an interview, Andrey recalled his student years, gave advice to novice sports journalists, talked about the future of his profession in Russia, and also shared his own opinion about the incident involving Dmitry Derunets and the conflict between Tina Kandelaki and Vasily Utkin.

At what point in your life did you decide that you wanted to become a sports journalist?

- Initially, I was going to enter the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics in my hometown of Vladimir. Rarely, young people can immediately decide and understand what they need from life. What will bring them real pleasure. Kaif, if you like! I had complete order with physics at school. Although the teacher was not able to disengage from the stereotype “if an athlete, then definitely a cudgel” until graduation. At the local university, the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics was considered one of the most prestigious, many went there.

Well, why am I worse than others?! He came and, with full responsibility, told his dad: “I will be a nuclear physicist” (laughs). At first, my father did not attach any importance to my words, and then he said: “Listen, wouldn’t it be better for you to go to journalism?” (For this I am eternally grateful to him). So I signed up for the courses of representatives of the most ancient profession (laughs). There I had my first experience of creating a journalistic text on sports topics. Wrote material from photographs. I chose a frame where our domestic biathletes were captured - Olga Pyleva (Medvedtseva) and Svetlana Ishmuratova during the relay race on one of Olympic Games. Then I blew up the audience. The teacher, who always looked askance at me and wondered what the hell this mediocrity was doing here, praised me and advised me to move on in this direction.

- And then you decided to enter the Department of Philology and Sports Journalism?

- At that time, I did not even suspect that there was a separate training profile for sports journalists. Apparently it was destined for me to be in this specialty. I don't regret anything in any way. One of the girls who attended courses with me in Vladimir once told me that there is a certain RGUFK (then the university was called that), there is a specialty in sports journalism.

Arrived in Moscow, found out what documents are needed for admission. And when they told me that for medalists (I had a silver medal) I only need to take physical education, I crossed myself. In 2004, having received an A in sports training and passing creative contests, I entered the first year, the department of philology and sports journalism. At first, it was hard to study and somewhere even scary. I was still little aware of where I got to and what I want from my chosen profession. Definitely lacking a theoretical basis. The materiel had to be seriously tightened. I only started to open up in high school. Moreover, he revealed himself not so much to others, but to himself. It felt like I woke up from a long sleep. Opened my eyes.

– Have you already practiced somewhere as a student?

- In my third year, I started working for Radio Sport (now Sport FM). Started as an editor. Recorded over the phone the opinions and comments of experts for news and linear broadcasters. Then he worked as a correspondent. It was a time of discoveries, trips and business trips. At that time, an amazing team of professionals was assembled at Radio Sport, with whom it was a pleasure to work. Alexander Tkachev, Chief Editor, (now the executive director of KHL-TV) has always helped active youth. He knew that I was a fan of cross-country skiing and offered to host his program. Tkachev is one of those people who played a big role in my life. By the way, he also studied at the RGUFK, at the hockey department. My first program was called "Ski Arsenal". In it I talked about cross-country skiing and biathlon. At first, the broadcasts were recorded, then it was already broadcasting live. Maybe at first my project looked raw, but I loved it like my own child. This was my child, born in pain (smiles).

– In general, should a student have an internship while studying at the university?

- Certainly. When I was a student at our university, the newspaper “Na Start” was published. We were skeptical about working in it, we were small, stupid. We did not realize that we were given a great chance to try ourselves in business. Sharpen your skill. Yes, and just have fun.

- Is a diploma of higher education from the Department of Philology of Sports Journalism valued in a special way when you come to get a job with potential employers?

– In 2009, when the guys of our class graduated from the university and got a job, employers for a diploma special attention they did not pay, as, indeed, they did not pay for the presence of higher education. Now everything is different. RGUFKSMiT is already a brand. Graduates of the Department of Philology and Sports Journalism work in the country's leading media, and not only in sports. The work that has been done and is still being done by the teaching staff, in particular Irina Yurievna Lyulevich is bearing fruit. Moreover, our main advantage over other sports journalists is that we ourselves are sports people. We know all this cuisine from the inside.

- Recommend reference books that every person who decides to connect his fate with the profession of a sports journalist should read.

- Depends on where the person plans to work. I can talk about books that are worth reading first of all for a TV and radio journalist. If we are talking about television and radio, the beginning reporter should start with " Breathing exercises Strelnikova. Plus - any books on the technique of speech. This will help you grow into an outstanding specialist. And so - you just need to read a lot. If you master the list of literature that Irina Yuryevna Lyulevich offers, this base will be enough to write high-quality texts. The speech will become beautiful, filled with rare epithets, which will distinguish you from other representatives of the profession.

- Do they teach the technique of working with the voice at Sport FM?

- We do not have any special general seminars, but there are presenters who work on the air and have good experience, ready to help and give advice.

In general, it never hurts to work with a tutor. After a few lessons, you can feel the difference in pronunciation, accenting and other speaker gadgets. Correct and beautiful speech is the basis thanks to which the audience will remember you. It is the voice of the commentator or presenter on the radio that is perceived first of all. First they listen to the voice, and only then to the content of what was said.

- Compare the sports journalism of the period when you were just taking your first steps in the profession, and now.

– General trends healthy lifestyle lives make our profession more relevant than ever. By the way, we also participate in shaping public opinion among the audience, which is increasingly striving to play sports. Our brother is valued highly enough now, especially if combat unit very good quality.

- Don't you think that the sports media are increasingly going into "jaundice"? In particular, an electronic resource Eurosport.ru?

- Yes, recently Eurosport.ru has a certain yellowish tint. But the management of the portal focuses on the audience. Alas, the modern reader in Russia and neighboring countries (of a certain age) has precisely such interests. Goals, points, seconds now do not surprise anyone. Most people are much more interested in reading about Luke Shaw's orientation than how many goals he scored in a season. The editor-in-chief of Eurosport.ru and the team he has gathered around him are incredibly flexible guys to the trends of the times. They quickly grasp any trend. That is why, despite the small staff and limited financial resources, Eurosport.ru continues to this day to be among the top Russian sports electronic resources.

- Knowledge of English - required condition to work on an electronic resourceEurosport.ru? And how was it with him when you started working there?

– Absolutely. Without it, it is difficult to grow not only in online journalism, but also in other media. Foreign language empowers any unit of journalism, from editor to presenter and commentator.

- On your personal page Eugosport.ru there is such an inscription: “I don’t think about it. I am silent. And don't forget to puff out your cheeks." What does she mean?

“Actually, the story is pretty funny. Two years ago, the editor-in-chief of Eurosport.ru asked all bloggers and authors of the portal to come up with a phrase that would give the reader an idea about us - the authors. Even now I don’t remember why I chose that wording then. In any case, there is more humor in that phrase. "Puff out your cheeks" is something of an acting game. “I am silent” - probably because I prefer to listen to people more. Although I understand, our profession is a tireless threshing machine with the tongue.

- I would like to know about one more expression you said. In your profile on the site "SportFM" opposite "The most valuable advice received in life" is written: "Do not create excess potentials." Explain?

- A somewhat esoteric thing, considering that I myself am an esoteric in life. It helps me to some extent to live and move forward. Excessive potential is a huge desire, the importance that you attach to this or that event, object in your life. If you want something strongly and do nothing at the same time, balancing forces begin to act. And then you get a flick on the nose. It is good if it is painless, but more often it is the other way around.

– October 25 at break football match between the Moscow clubs Dynamo and Spartak, when your colleague in Sport FM ”, and in that match Dmitry Derunets, who works for the Dynamo club television, hit a Spartak fan who ran onto the field. How would you assess the action of the leaders of Dynamo, who decided to dismiss Derunets, and do you agree with the proposal of some sports officials to permanently exclude Dmitry from work in football?

- If we talk about Dynamo, it seems to me that the club had no other way out and decision. Dima had to be fired to avoid resonance. In addition, the incident cast a shadow on the name of a great team. Yes, and fined the club for a decent amount.

And as for the words of Vitaly Mutko about the further fate of Derunets... It seems to me that it is impossible to resolve the issue in such a categorical way. Dima should be given a second chance, no doubt. He is a professional with a capital letter, a person who knows a lot not only in the leading sports. Dima is able to speak any sports theme and is well versed in any sport. Now there are very few such sports journalists.

Andrey Romanov together with Dmitry Derunets (left) while working at Radio Sport

- I will work for Match TV in the morning news. I don’t know yet in the frame or not, but the contract has already been signed.

- Vasily Utkin said that working under the leadership of Tina Kandelaki is humiliating, the subsequent mutual exchange of remarks, and Vasily's further agreement to work under the leadership of Tina, is this an example of a good PR campaign or did the conflict really take place?

- Judging by the latest interview with Tina Kandelaki, there really was a conflict. I cannot say whether this was a deliberate PR on the part of Vasily Utkin and why he behaved in this way. It is his right and choice. Everyone decides for himself. I don't know how I would behave in this situation.

- "Match TV", as you know, was launched on the personal initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin in connection with a sociological survey, which showed that 73% of the population is indifferent to football. According to conversations, according to the work that you have already seen, according to the feeling - will Match TV be able to change the situation and instill in Russians an interest in football and sports in general?

- I think yes. According to the plans voiced by Tina Kandelaki, this project will surpass the previous ones. Sport in our country is an extremely specific thing and our people are very peculiar. People can watch big sporting events, feel the patriotic spirit, but when there are no major events, a measured life goes on, periodically disturbing financial crises, people simply don’t care about sports. Tina's task is to constantly interest the viewer and I think that she will succeed.

Andrey Romanov and figure skaters Maxim Trankov and Tatyana Volosozhar

- Andrey Romanov - first of all, who is this? A TV commentator, radio presenter, or maybe a sports writer?

“Definitely not a writing journalist. I can't say that I'm not interested, it's just not mine. My favorite activity is commenting on the Eurosport channel, I especially like the commentary format at the stadium as a showman and presenter.

– In two and a half years our country will host the 2018 FIFA World Cup. Is it possible to see you at the tournament as a football commentator?

- If you want, then of course everything is possible. But I don’t get sick and don’t fan football, but in order to work football commentator qualitatively, competently and to give out that nerve and emotion that the viewer wants to see and hear, one must be a fan of this sport. I am a fan of winter sports, that's where I get the same drive and buzz. I understand and understand football, I can comment on the match on the radio, which I do, but I do not get aesthetic pleasure and satisfaction from this. At the home World Cup 2018, I would have worked as a correspondent, but not a commentator.
