International diving training systems. What do you need to learn to dive?

Diving is an activity that opens doors to a person to a completely different world, different from ours, where you can feel the feeling of your own weightlessness and move in a three-dimensional projection ... This is an opportunity to see with your own eyes the amazing underwater world with all its many inhabitants, visit sunken ships and touch history, visit underwater caves and under the ice, see the world with open eyes.

To do all this, you need to take diving training and become an independent diver. Currently, there are many training systems, we have chosen PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors), this system covers 80% of the world market of diving services, reveals almost all facets of diving, has proven itself over the years with the quality of training and the safety of diving.

Undoubtedly, in many ways the quality of training directly depends on the instructor, and not on the training system. Studying with us, you are guaranteed to receive an individual approach, a friendly disposition and, of course, the full amount of knowledge and skills required for a particular course. After studying with us, students become divers for whom they do not have to blush, no matter where in the world they dive in the future. At the end of the course, you will receive a plastic diver certificate with a personal number assigned to you, entered in a single PADI database. This is very convenient, because even if you forget plastic at home, at any resort in the world, in any diving center, any PADI instructor can easily see your certification level on a computer by simply entering your first and last name. PADI certifications are recognized worldwide, and you can easily find a PADI diving center at any resort.

Some ask the question: why go through training at all, they say we are not going anywhere abroad, and no one will ask for a certificate at local Russian reservoirs. I wonder, not knowing how to drive a car, will they get behind the wheel and go to travel on the roads? In diving training courses, the student learns about equipment, its care and maintenance, studies the impact on human body factors that arise during diving, as well as all possible emergency situations that theoretically can occur under water are worked out. No matter how experienced a diver is, one should never forget that water is an element alien to us, and that when one is in its thickness, any emergency situation, without the proper ability to get out of it, can lead to death.

PADI LEARNING SYSTEM

Trial dive - recommended to everyone who has never dived with scuba diving in order to immediately understand for themselves whether this is your type of entertainment and whether it is worth spending time on courses.

Trial dive ( Discover Scuba Diving) is an initial diving training program suitable for people who want to learn what scuba diving is all about. You will get acquainted with the equipment and diving techniques, as well as an exciting underwater walk with an experienced instructor.

A trial dive can be made right at our dive center on one of the best reefs in Dahab - Lighthouse.

Includes several activities in shallow water (“confined water”), during which you are required to become familiar with diving equipment: learn how to clean the regulator underwater (in case you suddenly dropped it by gaping), take off and put on the mask without flying out at the same time, spitting and cursing, on the surface (and this is in case the mask is off you
knocked down by flippers passing by colleagues), as well as taking off and putting on a vest with a scuba and a weight belt both on the surface and in the water column. Here you will also learn how to properly control your buoyancy, eliminate a cramp (if one happens), and also what to do if you run out of air or suddenly some items of equipment suddenly fail. Once you have mastered all these skills and more, you will move on to "open water" which includes 4 house reef dives and a compass navigation exercise. In addition to all this, you will have to learn how to independently assemble and check diving equipment before diving, and you will also have to read the Open Water Diver textbook, study dive calculation tables and pass a theory exam.

The Open Water Diver certificate entitles you to dive depths up to 18 meters with a partner, Open Water Diver level or higher.

Check dive - test dive for certified divers who have not dived for a long time. The purpose of the dive is to brush up on previously acquired diving skills.

Peak Performance Buoyancy - an additional course to improve buoyancy skills. Recommended by 80% of people who complete the Open Water Diver course. The course may be strongly recommended by the instructor after a check dive if your existing buoyancy control skills are not sufficient to swim over corals.

The course consists of 5 dives with visits to different dive sites, which necessarily include a deep dive to a depth of no more than 30 meters and a dive for the purpose of underwater navigation, as well as three other adventure dives. You can choose from night diving, multilevel diving, wreck diving, underwater photography, wreck diving, and more. In order for the immersion to be counted in the course, you must familiarize yourself with the corresponding section of the textbook and write a test on the selected topic.

The Advanced Open Water Diver certificate entitles you to dive depths up to 30 meters.

Advanced Open Water Diver is usually the level of certification that 90% of recreational divers who do not intend to make diving their profession stop at. Therefore, the crust itself says almost nothing about the real experience of diving: between a freshly minted Advanced diver and an Advanced diver who has over 500 dives, the difference is the same as between an applicant and a PhD.

Enriched Air (Nitrox) - a special course teaching diving on nitrox - mixtures enriched with oxygen. Due to the reduced nitrogen content, nitrox allows you to spend more time at depth. At the same time, due to the increased oxygen content, the depth limit will be less than when diving in air. Nitrox is also good for more efficient removal of residual nitrogen: for example, after an active week of diving, it is useful to do the final dive on nitrox. The course includes two nitrox dives as well as theory including an introduction to the nitrox dive planning tables.

Certificate Enriched Air Nitrox Max 40% O2 makes it possible to dive on nitrox with an oxygen content of up to 40%.

deep diver- deep diving course, consists of 4 dives to depths up to 40 meters. A dive is being practiced using the descender line, an emergency decompression stop, the use of a backup respiratory system. The specifics of deep diving and the risks associated with this activity are being studied.

Certificate deepdiver gives you the right to download depths up to 40 meters. The depth of 40 meters is the maximum allowed for recreational diving. For deeper dives, technical diving training is required.

DrySuitdiver - Drysuit diving course. It's no secret that in winter the water gets cold even in the Red Sea. If you freeze after 40 minutes in 23C water, if it’s cold in the wind to get into a wet suit before diving again, and if you are not going to dive only in warm seas, but are also interested in diving in temperate and polar latitudes and in high mountain lakes - then dry you need a wetsuit. The course includes training in the safe use of a dry suit in a shallow area, and two dives in open water.

Emergency First Response - first aid course in an emergency. Learn to keep the victim alive until the ambulance arrives. Recommended to absolutely everyone, regardless of occupation
diving. In some countries, it is mandatory for employees of hotels and entertainment centers, as well as anyone who works with people. Consists of theory and practical training exercises artificial respiration and chest compressions. It is an inevitable link on the way to the Rescue Diver and Dive Master courses.

Rescue Diver- Rescue diver course required for subsequent training in the Dive Master course, or for obtaining the title of Master Scuba Diver. The name speaks for itself: here you will be taught water rescue skills: searching for a lost diver, towing a tired or unconscious diver, raising an unconscious diver from the abyss to the surface, as well as the technique of performing artificial respiration on the water while sequentially removing from the injured equipment and towing to the shore. The course consists of theoretical training, rescuing skills and rescuing scenarios. At the end of the course, you must write a theory exam.

The Rescue Diver certification does not expand your depth or diving capabilities in any way, but it gives you some very useful knowledge that can slightly temper the ardor of especially zealous deep-divers.

Master Scuba Diver- this is a diver who has completed the Rescue Diver course and there are five special courses to choose from, such as Deep, Nitrox, Wreck (diving on sunken ships), Dry Suit (diving in a dry suit) and others. Rank Master Scuba Diver- This highest level in the field of amateur diving, provided for non-professionals. A certificate of this level will give you the opportunity to bend your fingers like a goat, dangling your legs from the deck of a safari dive boat somewhere off the coast of the Galapagos Islands...

divemaster- the first professional level in diving under the PADI system, with the payment of membership fees, a personal PADI number and the opportunity to earn money on diving. In order to start training, you must have OWD, AOWD, EFR, RESCUE certificates. By the time of certification, the candidate must have completed 60 logged dives.

The course includes re-training of skills from the Open Water and Rescue courses, only now you need to perform these exercises as clearly and defiantly as the instructor does when teaching students. In the course, you will also be taught how to conduct a test dive, while the instructor will pretend to be a panicked student, becoming like a windmill, while deftly tearing off your mask and pulling the regulator out of your mouth. The course also includes the skills to accompany groups as a dive guide; After the course, a dive workshop is required.

The theory exam is voluminous and consists of several sections; moreover, the required minimum percentage of correct answers is calculated for each topic separately.

The Dive Master certificate allows you to work as a dive guide with groups of certified divers, conduct test dives for beginners, and also assist an instructor in conducting courses. The diving depth limit for a dive master is the same as for regular divers with Advanced certification - i.e. 30 meters.

Further, the path to the instructor's crusts lies through instructor seminar. The seminar is led by a course director - an important person, and therefore often widely known in diving circles. When meeting, instructors usually ask each other the question: “Who did you learn from?” "Ah, at Shurubkin's!" Or: "Ah, at Belsky!" The instructors' seminar for each individual course director takes place several times a year; Participants are required to pre-register.

To become a diver or not - everyone decides for himself. There are very few white spots left on our planet, and only the ocean can still give us the opportunity to touch the unknown, to feel the spirit of discovery. Mankind has studied the near space to a greater extent than the depths of the sea, some unprecedented and hitherto unknown underwater creatures are still being discovered. The ocean is fraught with a lot of secrets, and diving allows you to partially touch them.

The human factor in diving training plays a special role.

Diving, as a rule, is a collective type of recreation, if it is a serious hobby, and not diving to a depth of one meter.

A diving center is created almost always by enthusiastic people who appreciate teamwork and know how to be united.

Otherwise, in scuba diving - it is impossible.

When going for diving training, you should find out if the instructors of the diving center where you want to study have a decent and long diving experience.

You can't learn anything (especially diving) from a person who knows the subject only in theory, without experience and practice.

Talk confidentially with the instructors you intend to train with, get advice from experts, and find out the following points:

  • whether the diving center instructor dived in different temperature conditions (cold and warm seasons, warm and cold waters)

  • whether he has wetsuit or drysuit diving experience

  • what types of diving he is proficient in (e.g. strong currents, ice diving, diving in underwater caves or on wrecks, etc.)

  • in the team of what size the instructor dived

  • does he have experience diving from a boat, from the shore

  • in what types of reservoirs and in what waters there were dives (ocean, sea, river, lake, canal).

Offering you this list of questions, we are well aware that it is physically impossible to dive into all the seas and lakes of the planet.

Having received answers to them, you will not only check the advice of experts, but also form your own opinion about the level of professionalism of the instructor with whom you plan to learn diving.

However, the most main question, to which you should receive an instructor's response, is the following:

does the number of his disciples who dived match the number of those who returned after diving on land?

Every reputable diving center has:

  • long working life

  • a large number of students

  • all of its instructors have valid teaching licenses

  • swimming pool for training

  • a list of dive sites in different waters where students go

  • a strict rule: the student makes the first dives with his instructor.

Diving training prices

As a rule, the price for a basic diving training course is around 300 euros.

The price includes:

  • scuba equipment rental

  • study guides

  • instructor fee

  • the cost of operating training dive bases.

The price of a self-respecting diving center, as a rule, is fixed, students do not make additional payments.

Finding in any of them training is much cheaper, you should understand that the diving school saves on something and will not give you something.

That's why we want to warn you:

Better right away learn to dive properly than later - relearn.

Diving centers operate according to different training systems.

There are about fifteen of them (systems), each has its own certificate and rating in the world community of divers.

Below is a list of the most popular.

PADI Diving Training System

(Professional Association of Diving Instructors - Professional Association of Diving Instructors)

This is the largest system of education, it is over 40 years old.

Her distinguishing feature- a rigorous standardization system that ensures high security diving.

We will only finally allow ourselves to note that weightlessness is a physical phenomenon from space and ... diving.

And your spine will be grateful for relaxation, because this pleasure is also available to it - only in astronautics and diving (and all of it is the force of gravity).

Indeed, in order to start diving, you will need desire, diving equipment, reasonable health and a love of water. After you find the entire list of listed advantages in yourself, you are ready for the first lesson. But then, of course, you will have to sweat a little before you can confidently dive into the depths of the sea. In order to dive in open water, you will first need to be certified as a Novice Diver or Diver. These are introductory courses that will help you learn how to feel free under water, remain neutrally buoyant, not touch anything underwater, and learn the rules and standards of behavior when diving.

Even ten-year-old children can complete the Novice Diver Beginner Course in just 4-5 days. To do this, you will need a certified diving school, which employs professional master instructors who can quickly teach you the practical skills of handling equipment, diving and surfacing, and be careful and careful underwater. From right choice A diving club where you can get training depends on a lot, including your quick preparation for independent exploits. Remember that there are about thirty dive training techniques in the world, and each school insists that their technique is the most productive!

If you are not sure if you will enjoy diving, then before you enroll in a school, take an introductory Dive Test, and then make a decision - to start or stop training. But if you decide to study, be sure to check the conditions that the diving school offers you, as well as its certificates - it should have the right to issue you an initial diver certificate. Otherwise, you will be wasting your money on education!

Learning different diving systems is your own business. The systems are different, you will have to pay for each of them, but it is your task to choose from the ones you like. Your best bet is to research the major systems on the Internet and ask which ones are in the schools where you can get training. The most popular training systems are SSI, CIMAS, PADI and NAUI. The most popular today is PADI, however, you may prefer a different method if it suits you more and it is taught at school.

The initial training course lasts 1-4 weeks and consists of lectures on theoretical training and practical diving in the pool and in open water. After that, you will be able to get an initial diver's certificate. Then, after completing open water training, you will receive a certified opportunity to take part in your club's expeditions to warm seas and dive to a depth of 18 meters, and then you can take a number of "special diving courses" - dry suit diving, night diving, underwater orientation , underwater photography and video filming. After a series of test dives, you will eventually receive an international OWD certificate, allowing you to dive at any diving spot in the world.

Initial dives will be at shallow depths to allow you to adapt to the increased outside pressure. Subsequently, you will remember well that with light scuba diving you can dive to a depth of no more than forty meters in order to avoid decompression sickness. By the way, primary education for diving to such a depth is not enough - they are performed by high-class professionals who have completed courses deep dive Deep Diver or Universal Diver. Initially, it is better for you not to cross the depth line of 18 meters.

Purchasing equipment before completing a diver training course does not make sense. In order to understand what kind of equipment you need, you must first study this art and understand its intricacies. During the training, the school will provide you with its own equipment, and during the preparation, the instructors will teach you how to use the equipment and help you choose your own set of equipment that will be perfect for you.

The question of the cost of diving is rhetorical. You will have to spend a certain amount on training and equipment, however, these are quite affordable means for the average person to practice their favorite sport. Another thing is that in the future your trips to diving resorts will require finances commensurate with the status of the resort and the level of service they offer.

A diver differs from a diver in that the former dives into the water for work, and the latter for pleasure. Nowadays, more and more people are showing interest in scuba diving. A few years ago, diving courses were quite expensive, but today the prices are quite enough to learn how to scuba dive. Considering the ever-growing number of diving enthusiasts, the site offers to get acquainted with what beginners need to know about diving underwater.

Diving is a form of underwater diving in which the diver uses a special device - scuba gear. Scuba divers or divers - this is the name of people who are fond of this type of recreation. As a rule, diving is done to admire the flora and fauna of the underwater world. In addition, scuba diving is an excellent form of group recreation. You can learn the basics of scuba diving from the age of 10-14.

Do not think that diving is easy. Just because you're a good swimmer and diver doesn't mean you can buy scuba gear and go to the nearest body of water. Firstly, no one will sell scuba gear and other equipment to an amateur; for the purchase, you need to provide a special international certificate. Secondly, the lack of necessary skills will not lead to anything good. There are also a number of contraindications for scuba diving: tuberculosis, cardiovascular diseases, spinal injuries, respiratory diseases, epilepsy, etc. Before signing up for courses, be sure to consult your doctor or professional diving instructor.

Choosing a training system

If you decide to learn diving, first of all you should choose an international federation that suits you, which offers its own teaching methodology. Among the most famous are CMAS, founded by Cousteau in 1959, TDI / SDI, founded in 1994 by Gilliam, IANTD, created by Rutkowski in 1985. Choosing the right system is actually not very difficult, it all depends on the goals that the person who wants to learn diving sets for himself, each of the teaching methods has positive and negative aspects. It is important to know that the choice of this or that system must be approached very seriously, because if you choose one that is not generally recognized in the world, and the result of training is an unknown, internationally unrecognized certificate, time will be wasted.

Many professionals recommend completing PADI courses, which include 4 groups: Introductory Programs, Recreational Diving Programs, PADI Specializations, and PADI Professional Courses. As a rule, experts advise completing the PADI Open Water Diver recreational diving program - it introduces the rules of scuba diving and the basics of using equipment. The course includes several theoretical lessons, diving in the pool and open water. As soon as the course is completed, the student receives a certificate that is valid in all countries of the world.

What you need to know about equipment

When signing up for diving courses, you should not think that you need to buy equipment for classes. As a rule, many schools and clubs provide their equipment. If you like scuba diving, at the end of the course you will be able to purchase the perfect one for you. The clubs provide a choice of cheap and more expensive equipment, everyone chooses, taking into account their abilities, but beginners need to pay special attention to some elements of equipment.

The mask should fit well to the face (do not allow very strong pressure) and be comfortable, the snorkel should be chosen with a comfortable mouthpiece, and the fins should be soft and long. A wetsuit is selected based on the temperature of the water you will swim in (thick suits are designed for swimming in cold water, thin - in warm). The choice of cylinder directly depends on the depth of immersion, in other words, the greater the depth, the larger the cylinder needed.

An integral attribute of the equipment is the so-called buoyancy compensator, which is designed to maintain the buoyancy of the diver, as well as a belt with a load that does not allow you to constantly float to the surface (there are ordinary belts with weights, but there are belts with pockets that are considered the best). If possible, experienced divers are advised to take a dive computer with them to the depth, which is selected taking into account the nature of the dive.

Where can you study

The first problem that beginners face is putting on a diving suit. This is especially difficult for the first time, but instructors reassure that after 3-4 times this process will take less than 5 minutes. The most difficult thing is cylinders and weights, which can weigh more than 15 kilograms. The second problem lies in human psychology: it is very difficult to step into a pool or open water for the first time, but through a short time all fears are left behind, the beginner begins to enjoy weightlessness.

Scuba diving must be taught under the supervision of an experienced instructor. Today, there are a huge number of specialized centers and clubs that offer training courses, consisting of theoretical and practical classes, the result of which is a test dive in open water.

Such clubs and cents are located in many cities: Lviv, Sevastopol, Kiev, Lutsk, Odessa, Zaporozhye, Dnepropetrovsk, Khmelnitsky... Some of them have their bases near the Black or Azov Sea. Also, everyone can go on vacation (Turkey, Egypt, Israel, Cyprus, Maldives) to learn diving and get a scuba diver certificate. Some choose the second option, but not everyone is suitable, as people want to relax more than acquire new skills. The price for a training course lasting from 5 to 14 days in Ukrainian centers starts from 300 USD. That is, prices are higher abroad, which is why many people prefer to learn diving at home. There are only three options for "home" training: big club, small club, private instructor.

big club

People who have completed courses do not recommend contacting large clubs, since in them the training of those who wish is put on a conveyor, that is, it will be extremely problematic for an instructor, working with 15-20 people, if at all realistic, to pay enough attention to each student. As a result, the quality of education suffers. Most of these centers have their own, it is very easy to find the right equipment in them and buy it cheaper than in other places. This is how they usually talk about it, but in reality, the prices for equipment in such stores are initially overpriced. There are, of course, pluses, among which the most significant is its own educational and technical base.

Small diving training center

A small club is a middle ground between a large club and a private instructor, that is, given that the number of students in one group usually does not exceed 8 people, the chances of getting quality training with the help of experienced instructors are very high. Such centers are devoid of the disadvantages of large clubs, and an individual approach will allow not only to obtain the necessary information, but also to perfectly consolidate the acquired skills, since training in small clubs lasts longer than in large ones. This option is the most preferred for learning to dive.

Private instructor

As for classes with an independent instructor, this is a big risk. Having worked out with a professional in his field for the allotted time, you may not receive a certification card from him, as the instructor suddenly left, for example, for the Maldives. Such people are their own masters, if they have a profitable offer, they can immediately drop everything and leave where they are called. When contacting a private instructor, one has to rely only on his responsibility. You can only learn from an independent instructor if at least a few people you know who you trust, who have completed training, have recommended him. In this case, you can get training that will be many times better than that received in a large or small club.

If you do not have a single acquaintance who is engaged, then it will not be so easy to find information about what is really needed to get diving training. No, there is a lot of information on the World Wide Web, but here's the simplest thing you need to start, behind a heap of advertising about equipment and tours, it's not so easy to see. That is why we have prepared an article about what a beginner scuba diver needs, so that he can think over his actions, buy equipment wisely and choose a decent training course that everyone needs to go through before their first dive.

The benefits of diving

Let's start with the pros of this. As you know, knowledge of the secrets of the water depths is not the only task of amateur diving, although it is in the first place. These are travels, and acquaintances with many like-minded people, the exchange of experience and impressions. It is also very useful for health - when diving, the diver experiences considerable stress, which favorably affects the tone of the body. Diving can even be a good stimulus for personal growth, because it includes learning how to describe underwater flora and fauna, and is also just an endless scope for photography and video shooting. The interesting thing is that almost everyone who got into scuba diving seriously thought about becoming a professional instructor - so diving can also become a profession.

Is age critical for a diver?

Although recreational diving does not expose the human body to severe stress, there are still medical restrictions for divers. And first of all, this applies to any lung disease, even a slight cold can delay the dive, because it makes work difficult respiratory tract. Diving is also contraindicated for cores, because a serious load when swimming and walking in a wetsuit in the heat may not be too good for the health of those who have a sick heart.

The minimum age of the diver is also limited and the threshold is 12 years. For children aged 8-10, there is a special diving program called Bubble Maker, which includes swimming in a pool up to 2 m deep, learning to swim, behave in water and breathe. But there is no upper bar for divers - with proper health, diving can be done even at the age of 90.

Diving and snorkeling

It will be very useful not to immediately swim to conquer the depths, but to try yourself in snorkeling - swims near the surface of the water, where breathing is carried out using a special tube. It does not require special skills, it is perfect for a family holiday - you just need to know how to swim, and if you choose the right place for a swim, you can see a lot. After mastering such entertainment, you can try one of the types of diving - freediving, that is, breath-holding swims.

But diving captures the imagination more - after all, the equipment allows the scuba diver to stay under water for a long time, swim through the caves and wrecks of sunken ships. But such an occupation also requires much more from swimmers: both constant training and skills development with the passage of a voluminous theoretical course. And of course, expensive diving equipment.

Where does diving start?

  1. To begin with, there must be an understanding that just putting on everything you need and diving will not work. Get ready to study, study and study again, and not from books on the Internet, but from qualified ones. No textbook can teach the vital little things that an instructor will give.
  2. Before you make your first call to a diving center, you can watch movies or read stories about it. Think about your ability to stay on the water and swim, about your health. If everything is fine with these points, then you should continue, and if there are any problems with your heart, lungs or ears, you should go for a consultation with a doctor. After all, if you say that your health is in perfect order, then no one will forbid you to go diving. But self-deception can be very costly.

By the way, even with a problematic heart and lungs, you can engage in careful diving, but if your ears hurt, then diving is strictly prohibited. This is because you need to periodically equalize the pressure in the outer and middle ear (in diving slang, this is called blowing). And with sick ears, this is almost impossible. Purge, by the way, you can do right now, sitting at the monitor. To do this, pinch your nose with two fingers, exhale into the pinched nose and swallow at the same time - there should be a “click”. If it is not there, then do not worry, there are a number of purge methods.

  1. So, after getting acquainted with a sufficient amount of material, the desire to learn did not disappear. This is good, now you can select several diving centers and call them. The main thing is to have trial lesson, where you can try on equipment, walk around in it, even swim a little and decide whether to continue. But without this, if you pay for the entire course at once, and then understand at the first lesson that there is simply no desire to continue, it will be a shame.
  2. To avoid unplanned expenses, it is worth finding out when calling diving centers about the following things: does the cost of the certificate production course, literature, and where are open classes. If you do not clarify this, then the following situation may arise - to obtain a certificate, the center you have chosen conducts a trip to the sea, and you this moment can't afford to go there. As a result, in your hands you will only have a certificate of passage of the theory, and you will have to take dives for a certificate in another center. Many domestic dive centers carry out certification in nearby water bodies, so training should begin in the warm season, unless, of course, you plan to go diving to the Red or, for example, the Mediterranean Sea.
  3. Don't pick the first gear you see when you're learning to dive. Try on everything available, because the same equipment from different manufacturers can be very different. Your task is to find exactly your own, what will be comfortable to study in and what will not discourage diving further. In normal diving centers, this is a common practice.
  4. - a very crucial moment, and therefore this issue should be approached with cold calculation. It is not recommended to rush and purchase equipment before the first trip to the "big water". A good diving center always has a wide range of professional equipment, and it is worth renting it and trying it out in the "field" conditions. If this is what you need - feel free to take it, it will ensure your commitment to diving for the rest of your life. Then you can buy it for personal use. And so a situation is possible in which, when diving to a standard 18 meters, instead of training in the pool, as they say, it didn’t work and you realized that diving is not for you - but everything has already been bought, and for a lot of money.
  5. Remember that you can buy a lot with your hands. This activity is not for everyone, and the Internet is filled with advertisements for the sale of almost new equipment from the hands of failed divers. But it is also worth knowing that much is not absolutely everything. Things like the octopus and regulator, which are vital pieces of equipment, only need to be bought new. Of course, for people who have a natural intolerance to used things, there are no options other than buying a new one.
  6. Don't be afraid to ask more experienced divers for advice, it shouldn't hurt your self-esteem. In order to be considered a master submariner, you need to regularly conquer the depths of the sea for many years, and for a student you need to ask, ask and ask again.

Conclusion

There are a variety of diving training systems, for adults and children, and in a good diving center everyone can get the required knowledge base. Therefore, stock up on money, patience and do not deviate from the path of a diver - and the sea will reveal the wonderful secrets of its depths before you.
