training equipment:

Two hockey sticks(one for ice, another for asphalt), plastic washer ( the best option for asphalt green biscuit), full set hockey equipment a player for ice training (do not forget to sharpen your skates!!!), floorball stick, jump rope, gym mat, umbrella or raincoat;
Other necessary equipment provided by the trainer;

Personal items:

Tracksuit (2 pieces), T-shirts (clean T-shirt for every day), cap, shorts, sport shoes(2 pairs), socks (pair of clean socks for the next day), briefs;
Sleeping set for Latvian players (pillow, sheet, blanket), for foreign players a set is issued on the spot; 2 towels, slippers (living room and shower), shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste, other hygiene products;
Drinking water to the hotel (it is desirable to have bottles of 0.5 liters each), a drinking hockey bottle, because drinking water will be available in the locker rooms daily;
Books, magazines, mobile phone(to be deposited with coaches and given to children every evening for 30 minutes), Board games, balls, etc.;
Pocket money ~1.5eur per day (every evening we all go to the shop next to the hotel);

Medicine:

A medical certificate from a family or sports doctor is not necessary! (a medical doctor is available on site);

Additional workouts take place on weekends for children of all ages at the hockey school "RĪGA" (Vietalvas street 15). Only exercises that are displayed in game situations are used (starting speed with a change of direction, escaping and snails, high-speed puck handling, work in pairs, power play, body play, stick play, passing and shooting technique).
Training takes place at will, using a variety of effective complexes Hand and leg coordination exercises correct technique performance! All types of throws are used (power, wrist, pick throw, half-click, click, throw from an uncomfortable side), during the throws the distance from the player to the goal (1m-8m) and the throw angle (45 ̊, 90 ̊, 135 ̊) change . International Tournament on hockey in memory of CHRISTIAN PELSH

From 15 to 17 March in Daugavpils ice palace took place International hockey tournament in memory of Christian Pelsh for the age group U11. 7 teams from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Russia took part in the competition. Among them is the team of the Daugavpils Ice Sports School, headed by coach Ivan Kokin DLSS, which became the silver medalist of the competition. A lot of people who also love hockey are registered on this forum, it’s just interesting to communicate with them, even when I didn’t know the exact rules of the game, I just asked people who understand this and they explained to me everything that I misunderstood. I found like-minded people with whom I am very interested.

The most interesting thing is that ads are written on this forum that you can read, they even offer jobs to hockey players, this is not that strange, but interesting, because there are people who play hockey well, who for some reason simply could not get into teams, but they are trained, they are put on their feet, they are offered cooperation, and all these people are as simple as you and me. I even read an announcement that the hockey players themselves are looking for a team that can offer cooperation with him. This server helps to find yourself in your favorite business and it is worth gratitude, I previously thought that all this happens in some other way.
