Olympiad "Mission Possible. your calling- financier!" in Economics was included in the List of School Olympiads for the 2016/2017 academic year and is held for schoolchildren in grades 8-11 in two stages.

All-Russian Olympiad"Mission Possible. Your calling is a financier! has been held since 2007 for those who want to take part in intellectual competitions, test themselves, find friends and like-minded people, who dream of becoming a student of the Financial University.

Students could choose one or more subjects in which they would like to participate:
• economics - 9th, 10th, 11th grades;
• mathematics - 8, 9, 10, 11 grades;
• computer science - 10, 11 classes;
• social science - grades 10, 11;
• history - 10, 11 grades.

In 2016/2017 academic year The Olympiad was held in the 81st region of Russia, as well as Kazakhstan, Belarus, Moldova, Transnistria, Tajikistan - such is the geography of the participants in the Olympiad. A total of 4.3 thousand schoolchildren tried their hand at the qualifying stage, which was held online from December 14 to 20, 2016. The second stage - the final one (in person) was held from February 1 to February 8, 2017 according to the schedule at the Financial University (Moscow), as well as at regional sites (in the branches of the Financial University).

Winners and prize-winners of the Olympiad in Economics upon admission to study at educational organizations higher education may be granted special rights.

The winners and prize-winners of the Olympiad upon admission to the Financial University, by decision of the Academic Council, can be provided with discounts: 100% (winners) or 50% discount (winners) on education, subject to successful completion entrance examinations. Absolute winners Olympiads are awarded with valuable prizes.

According to the rector of the Financial University, Mikhail Eskindarov, over 10 years, from two hundred registered participants, the Olympiad has grown to 20 thousand, and next year the Financial University plans to open Olympic support sites in the CIS and Baltic countries.

On Wednesday, February 8, at 12:00, the Rossiyskaya Gazeta media center hosted the 10th anniversary solemn ceremony of awarding the winners of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren "Mission Possible. Your calling is a financier!" At the solemn ceremony, the rector of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Eskindarov personally congratulated the winners of the Olympiad in mathematics, social science, computer science and history, announcing the results of the work.

58 high school students received the right to enroll and study free of charge at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

On February 8, the results of the competition "Enter the Financial University with an iPad from Rossiyskaya Gazeta" were also summed up! Useful gadget went to the tenth grader of the legendary boarding school of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov, a Lipchanka Polina Schukina.

The qualifying stage is held on-line using the Internet on website http://mission.fa.ru/.

Registration deadlines

Stages

• Online qualifying round - from 14 to 20 December 2018. The winners and prize-winners of the Olympiad in Economics, Mathematics, Informatics and Social Science of the previous year will be able to take part in the final stage of the Olympiad in these subjects without going through the qualifying stage (if they are still in school).
• The final face-to-face stage is from February 15 to February 19, 2018. The final stage will be held at the Financial University (Moscow), as well as at regional venues (in the branches of the Financial University).
