Ivan Bocharov: Either Dynamo played the best game, or SKA played one of the worst

Dynamo goalkeeper Ivan Bocharov shared his impressions of the victory over SKA in an interview with a correspondent of Soviet Sport in St. Petersburg.

- Did you know in advance that you would go against SKA?
- Before the match with Admiral. There was such a plan: Sasha Eremenko played then, and I played against SKA. It turns out that three days before the game I found out.

- Surely you are satisfied not only with the result, but with the game itself: Dynamo was not inferior in anything.
- There are two factors here: either we played the best game, or SKA played one of the worst.

- Do you think SKA was not as good as in previous games?
- It's hard for me to compare, because it was my first match against the army team. Thanks to the team. We played well, kept the puck and got the points we needed at the moment.

Articles | Before the Olympics, this was exactly what was needed. Now a little calmer for the Russian team

- Vladimir Vorobyov admitted before the match that he was watching his competitors. Do players do this too?
Yes, we are tracking. We know that Severstal also won in overtime today. We must try not to think about other opponents. We have a match with Spartak. It is necessary to go out, take three points, and there already how the card will fall.

- The rest of the match will be like the final of the Gagarin Cup.
- Spartak has two matches less, Severstal has one less. Let's hope that other teams will help us. Including SKA, - Bocharov told the correspondent of "Soviet Sport in St. Petersburg".

Recall that SKA on home ice lost to Dynamo Moscow in overtime with a score of 2:3. As part of the Petersburgers, Vadim Shipachev and Sergey Kalinin scored goals. Muscovites answered accurate throws Martins Karsums and Vladislav Efremov. The winning goal is on account of Alexei Tereshchenko.

After this match, the army team with 136 points leads the overall table. Dynamo, having 80 points in the asset, are located on the seventh line in the West.

Prev last match in the KHL, SKA will play on January 27 in Finland against Jokerit, Dynamo on February 1 will play the last match in the regular season against Spartak.
